It was cool although I had to switch rooms due to the one they gave me being still dirty and the new room shower didn’t

Customer service horrible!!!
Pros:

The staff was HORRIBLE!!! we drove from St motors only to be told when we ARRIVED that they canceled our room!!! I had made the reservation weeks prior!! Recived a confirmation from the hotel... only to be told they had no rooms... no apology, no assistance just ATTITUDE!!!!... WENT ONE BLOCK OVER AND RECIVED GREAT SERVICE AT MARRIOTT!!!

Pros:

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!

Cons:

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! They over booked so multiple people paid but had no room. Then they lied and said they were shirt staff and had no housekeeper so there was no rooms ready. A lady was there 24 hours and still had no room. We booked with booking.com and now i have I try to get refunded.

I’d rather stay at the super 8 than pay for this trashy hotel.

The parking garage is nasty, run down, trash everywhere, broken glass, homeless people hanging around. Long walk with heavy bags from parking to hotel. Hotel is older and run down. Room was dirty, toilet had bandaid wrapper in it and hair on it. No shampoo or soap or any toiletries. Only one old, gross, and dirty microwave in the lobby with a waiting line. Very loud and noisy. Hardly any parking available at night on the weekends. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR TRAVEL HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS!

It was dirty, too expensive, the TV was broken, maintenance was called multiple times and never came. The staff was terrible I'll never stay there again!

Very nice and price was in my budget
Pros:

I liked the hot tub and how clean the room was,

Cons:

I didn’t like they didn’t offer free breakfast (complementary) they did offer free fruit and muffins which is what I eat anyways! It was booked so I didn’t like how I had to wait on fresh towels but overall great stay and great price

Hotel of horrors
Pros:

The location was good but the room was dirty had to go get my own cleaning supplies and clean it was told by staff that there was one housekeeper that cleans rooms every six days and the rooms looked and smelled like it

Cons:

They need to tear it down the parking garage was literally falling apart rocks on top of car when we woke up to go to car elevators not working horrible horrible experience air not working on one of the hottest days in the summer

Yes things could have been better, but nothing that would keep my from staying there again.

Apparently they were going through some major administrative and employee changes during our stay.. Staff was limited, liquor license suspended. Through all that the staff on hand did their best. Another thing, some of the quests were apparently smoking pot inside somewhere and the the whole place wreaked, but the staff cant be blamed for that.
