Be Aware!!! Security Deposit $$$
Pros:

Only the location and the bathroom shower options even though its small. Rest of the facilities are below average.

Cons:

Its been almost a month now. They charge $100 from my room mate's card as a security deposit which they said that it will be refunded within 3 to 5 business days after check out. Its been almost 4 weeks and no refunds yet. The front desk insisted on cards and they dont accept cash as the security deposit. There's no direct contact email to reach the hotel. I contacted them through their general reservation emails and all they say that they cant do anything about it as I did the reservation through Booking.com and I should call the hotel general line and complain. That call always goes to a voice mail which they ask to leave ur number and message but they never call back. I have left about 4 to 5 voice messages, kept n hold for several times and wasted over $20 for these calls as I was calling from out of US. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Extremely poor service. Their so called automated security deposit refund system works like a scam.

Pros:

A localização é sensacional: perto do metrô, Central Park, 5th avenue, Moma. Tem restaurantes e mercados, ponto de Uber shuttle pro aeroporto.

Cons:

Extremamente caro pro que oferece: uma cama e um banheiro. Não tem um frigobar no quarto. NY é caro de fato, mas o quarto me surpreendeu negativamente: sem café da manhã, sem frigobar, UM único atendente durante o dia todo na recepção. Em alguns dias foi meio caótico, pois precisei ajustar a temperatura do quarto e não havia ninguém pra me atender. Os funcionários são SUPER atenciosos, não foi culpa deles, estavam sobrecarregados de fato.

Great location but the room was very disappointing.
Pros:

The location is excellent

Cons:

The room is not clean. There are insects and spiders. The insects are coming out from cracks in the bathroom floor.
Also, I couldn’t sleep well because of the air conditioner sounds that was so high and it felt like the ceiling was moving. Maybe because I was on the top floor but this shouldn’t be acceptable regardless.

I think the above issues really need to be addressed urgently.

La ubicación es excepcional. Y teniendo en cuenta el costo no creo que haya otro con tan buena relación costo y prestación.

Great location, the staff was kind, fair price. Facilities are a bit dated. Recommended place for a short trip.

Horrifying. Read every review before staying here.
Pros:

Nothing. This was a hostel pandering as a hotel. Disgusting, do not stay. I walked in and walked right out.

Cons:

Everything. I booked another hotel on Hotel Tonight because it felt unsafe here. There was a drug deal happening in front of the door as I arrived. I tried to get a partial refund as I never checked in, but they did not grant it.
