Riverfront Was Beautiful
The location and staff.
The house keeping staff at level 9 on Sunday was abit rude.
It was a perfect location for my stay.
I couldn’t stay longer 😊
By my mistake I forgot my item in the room and after I was speaking with a management they said that cleaning service didn’t found anything. But I checking all my bags is there was nothing so it’s seems that they stole it
Location and setup
Broken shower door, broken closet door, broken sliding glass door to balcony, paint chipping off walls in bedroom, the pool is poorly maintained alot of trash and debris in the bottom of the pool, water damage in alot of areas throughout hotel, outlets loose and worn
Location
The rooms and bathrooms were out dated.
Location
No microwave or refrigerator in the room for the price I paid. I requested a room on the river side and I didn’t get it.
Hands down the worst Hilton hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything is worn out, stained, dirty, rusted, you name it . The desk staff stated after we asked to change rooms that “yes are rooms are tired”. The bathrooms are rusty and no matter what you would do to clean them it would not matter. The furniture is worn out, the mattress feels like it was run over by a truck. The carpet looks like it is the same carpet from the 1970,s. If work did not make me stay here I would have left immediately. Avoid this hotel at all cost.
As a diamond member, we were upgraded to a riverfront room but that’s the only pro to this hotel. Our room was so outdated and dirty. There was actually a dirty tennis ball on the floor, so guessing never vacuumed and the carpet was filthy. The sink in the bathroom didn’t drain, the bathtub was patched up, guessing to cover cracks.
The night we got there I had a cheese quesadilla with onions and peppers. I couldn’t even find the cheese. Looked like it was lightly sprayed on. Hardly any peppers or onions. My husband had the cheesesteak, which he said was good and the fries were very good. Next morning I ordered two scrambled eggs and an English Muffin. The eggs were watery and served in what looked like a square bowl that you would serve peanuts or some kind of snack in. The waitress saw this and brought me out a plate. The eggs were definitely undercooked. I didn’t eat them. Anyway, I was very disappointed in the hotel, especially since it was a Hilton Brand hotel. Will look for a better hotel the next time we’re in Jacksonville.
Great experience, people are friendly
The front lobby was nice.
The bathroom was outdated & run down!! The carpet was stained & looked old & dirty. The AC units so old it rattled loudly the entire stay. We posted $170 unacceptable!
Close to my venue. Great valet service
It’s a bit dated. Rooms need updating and repairs
Was disappointed for not having a microwave or small fridge in room, a bathtub ring in bathroom, and not so clean carpet in room.
The location
Nice location on the river. If it wasn't for the location, and staff they would have gotten a 1 or 2. The hotel was run down and and needs a full rehab. Mattress had a divit, breakfast buffet that was 20.00 had old rubber eggs, grits were gone as well as the gravy for the biscuits. The staff in the restaurant were nice asked if we wanted coffees to go.
I am actually shocked how dirty and unkept this hotel is upon a one night visit. Usually a Double Tree is as decent place to stay. Rom carpet, walls, bathroom , even elevators were all disgusting. I’ve travelled the world and it’s probably the worse place I’ve ever stayed.
Der Pool und die Lage
Kein Kühlschrank
Und schreckliche alte Teppiche mit Flecken
Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen
Sehr schade, es war mal eine Bar am Pool und man sieht, dass das Hotel mal toll war
