Goed hotel maar hier en daar nog wel wat verbeterpuntjes.
Pros:

Locatie, goed centraal in Juan les Pins. Receptie personeel (Amerikaanse dame) was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Ontbijt was duur en karig.

Carina la hall, la piscina ed il bar

Cons:

La camera non avrebbe ricevuto la certificazione per le tre stelle, molto piccola, il bagno un buco, senza doccia ma una vasca col soffione doccia difettoso, il phon chiuso in un cassetto, avvitato, di difficile utilizzo ed infine due crepe sul soffitto.

Pleasant stay but could be better .
Pros:

Good location near shops, restaurants and beach .

Cons:

Small bedroom and tiny bathroom that is just ok for one person . Side sea view obscured by large palm tree.
Pool never had enough towels and had to wait when asked for a towel .
Breakfast poor value for money and quality - tried it once and would not recommend . At best it’s what I would get in a 3 star hotel/motel.

good location but very expensive for what it is.
Pros:

staff are nice, especially the person who checked me in. Pool is great and parking is free in the parking lot so that was nice.

Cons:

rooms arent very big and they seem outdated to be honest. tv is from the early 2000s. breakfast isnt great, better off saving your money. its 25 euros per person. Youre better off going to a restaurant or cafe. Also there was an alarm at 8:50 am not sure what type but you could hear it everywhere and was super loud. it went off twice which was annoying cause it woke me up. Its an expensive place to stay and i feel you can get a much better place for your money.

Disappointed with accommodation but great location

Cons:

Aircon in the room was inadequate set at a minimum/ maximum of 22c - couldn’t make it cooler ! Shower pressure vey poor. Generally room was shabby and dated with 1 working socket!

We would definetly go back and love to see the entire property improved and updated

Location was exceptional. The pool, the rooms and the entrance were very welcoming and spotless

Cons:

Some areas needed repairs and modernization. In particular, the elevator servicing the atrium was nonoperational, the service areas around the pool needed repairs and renovations. The balconies needed painting of the metal supports
