Please note that the indoor swimming pool is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The outdoor pool is open from April to October inclusive, from 08:30 to 21:30. Access to both pools is free of charge.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und hat eine Tiefgarage. Das Doppelzimmer mit Poolblick hat ein bequemes Bett und eine schöne Aussicht sowie genügend Schatten. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und man kann draussen essen.
Das Zimmer ist eher für Business Leute geeignet, lange Kleider finden keinen Platz und es gibt zu wenige Aufhänger. Das Frühstück ist mit Euro 25 teuer und das männliche Personal unfreundlich. Wenn ein grosses Meeting stattfindet haben die anderen Gäste das Nachsehen
L’hôtel est beau et bien entretenu .La chambre est très belle et très bien équipée . Le lit est super confortable.Le ménage dans la chambre est parfaitement exécuté
Le personnel de la piscine n’était pas agréable . Essentiellement le monsieur qui émargeait et donnait les serviettes de plage .
La salle de sport de l’hôtel est minuscule . Pas à la hauteur de ce bel hôtel .

Les salles de bain, les miroirs sont piqués.
Le 5eme etage sous la hotte de la cuisine est extrement bruyant. On a ete deplacé au 1er etage tres sombre. Choix entre un vrombissement insupportable et une chambre noire. Pour le prix c’est inacceptable

The room was old with wall covering peeling away, bubbled bathroom bench. The whole hotel requires a complete refurbish.

We had a very relaxing stay at the AC Ambassador; a real feeling of vacation. The front desk staff were very helpful and cordial, the leafy neighborhood is very pleasant, and a short walk to the bustling tourist area, with lots of restaurants and beautiful (if somewhat crowded) beach, ideal for swimming. We also enjoyed the hotel pool, for a more quiet option. The room and beds are very comfortable; however, our bathroom toilet had a faint sewage smell. We had to keep the lid down, and the bathroom door closed at all times. One more thing, which turned out to be a bit comic, but could have been serious had it happened when dark outside: when you go to the balcony, DO NOT CLOSE THE SLIDING DOOR! We got stuck outside and had to yell to a passerby to please go to the hotel front desk and notify them. Yes, there is a sticker warning on the door, but I didn't read it.
Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Le petit déjeuner était généreux et bon
Dés l’accueil, un personnel peu aimable, peu souriant, qui nous propose une chambre sans balcon (alors que réservée avec sur booking)…même pbe au Check out , on veut nous faire payer 2 petits dej sur 3 j, alors qu’il était compris ds la réservation…la chambre de ma fille n’a pas été nettoyée , car à 11h le matin , elle a prevenu qu’elle partait ds 15mns…le service n’est vraiment pas à la hauteur du prix !!!!

Old Equipment, very small rooms, no closet for clothes, broken AC for 4 days
Hôtel très bien placé, ce qui permet de profiter facilement de Juan-les-Pins et des alentours.
Malheureusement, le rapport qualité-prix n’est absolument pas au rendez-vous. Pour 1 200 € les 3 nuits, la prestation est vraiment décevante. La climatisation faisait un bruit énorme, aussi bien la journée que la nuit, ce qui était très gênant pour dormir. La propreté de la salle de bain laissait également à désirer, avec notamment des taches sur les toilettes. Le balcon était tellement sale qu’il était impossible de manger sur la table dans de bonnes conditions. Enfin, la piscine intérieure dégageait une forte odeur d’égout. À ce tarif, c’est tout simplement lamentable et très loin du niveau de prestation attendu.
