Convenient and nice they had an airport shuttle
It was not well kept - stains in carpet and didn’t feel clean. Thankfully we didn’t see drain until morning or
Might not have slept at all. Didn’t feel I could even tell front desk as we checked out because they didn’t seem to care at all.
Carpet stains and torn carpet in rooom . No shampoo in shower . Price very high for what we got in return . We stay at the five star fairmont in Vancouver at a lot less money
I liked that it was very close to the airport.
We stayed in room 324 and the lock on the door when we left the room would not completely lock.
The staff/management was very accommodating for our group of 18 people which also included their willingness/ability to meet our travel/flight cancellation/changes etc which was very helpful to get our people what they needed to have a great time while in Alaska, I am personally very appreciative of us all.
The hotel is an 8-minute drive from the airport. The room seemed to be newer and was large and clean.

The location was convenient, and the check-in process was straightforward.
Unfortunately, I found significant blood stains on the comforter the next morning, and there were also visible blood stains on the curtains. The sheets underneath appeared clean, which made me seriously concerned that the comforter had not been changed or properly inspected before our arrival.
This was extremely disturbing, especially because I initially worried that something had happened to my child during the night. After checking carefully, I confirmed that the blood stains were already on the comforter and curtains and were not caused by us.
This is not a minor housekeeping issue. Finding blood stains in more than one area of the room raises serious concerns about the cleanliness and inspection standards of the hotel. Clean bedding and a properly sanitized room are among the most basic hygiene standards a hotel should provide. The hotel needs to significantly improve its housekeeping and room inspection procedures to ensure that all bedding, curtains, and other areas of the room are thoroughly checked and properly cleaned between guests.
Cost was a little more than I would expect for a Hyatt Place. As expected, it was quite plain with minimal amenities. However, it was kept clean and the staff was outstanding.
The staff at the hotel was amazing - especially Taniah who made sure everything was in place when we didn’t arrive until almost midnight. Everyone there was friendly and helpful, and we had a lovely stay.
Great Location from Anchorage airport. Room was clean but the overall hotel floors lobby, halls and elevators were filthy and did not meet normal Hyatt cleanliness.
We got a nice and quite room after a request. Friendly staff was very helpful. I will recommend this Hyatt location to others.
Great place to stay on my Alaskan trip. We got in very late and they had a shuttle to get us. Breakfast was wonderful and the beds were super comfortable. Well worth booking if you need to stay in anchorage for a night or two.

I have been traveling for many years. Mostly in 3-4 stars hotels. I don't remember such a bad hotel. The clerk that admitted us was really not nice. We reserved a suite but none was available since they were not cleaned. We down graded to a king bed room (nice room actually - this is the only positive) but we got the bill afterwards for the suite... The hotel was extremely dirty - everywhere. Breakfast was terrible. In short really bad experience after arriving from a fantastic alaska cruise on Princess with extremely nice staff...
Room and bathroom was nicely appointed and clean. Airport shuttle person was very nice and helpful as we had multiple runs and then he helped with dropping us off at the railway station.
Very poor breakfast service. 3 nights we stayed at every time there was no coffee, people had to wait for them to refill. Breakfast staff attitude is, so what there is not coffee, we are making it. Eggs showed up at 9am, no fruits what so ever till about same time...basically breakfast was served in bits like they are doing favors to you. Extremly poor service by resturnat staff for $400/night stay.
Great place to stay. Near restaurants, shopping and the airport. Great room, bed comfortable, staff was great. Only complaint is that the pillows were awful. Would stay here again.
