Nice stay!
Pros:

A very well run hotel, even though it looks a bit dated. Professional and friendly staff. Good dining experiences (breakfast and dinner). Very comfortable beddings.

Cons:

The spa was not open, also there's renovation work around the lobby bar, it would be nice to give access to the executive lounge upstairs as alternative. (A random person was doing live broadcasts on his phone in the lobby bar, which was not a pleasant experience to other guests).

Comfortable hotel close to Hongqiao airport
Pros:

Not far from Hongqiao airport. Reasonable price. Staff are very attentive. Room has nice city view.

Cons:

A little distance from Metro station.
Not much local food for breakfast. No soy milk and limited fruits.
