Pros:

Честно говоря, я не понимаю откуда у этого отеля такие хвалебные отзывы и высокий рейтинг.

Из положительного, более менее была уборка в номерах и то есть вопросы, да и тот факт, что каждый день приносили воду и все остальные расходники.
Неплохая территория у самого отеля, нормальный подъезд для такси

Cons:

От рэдисона тут одно название, отель это замороженные телепорт на 30 лет назад, если хотите поностальгировать по концу 90-ых годов и позднему СССР, тогда едьте сюда, всем остальным не советую.

Теперь по пунктам:

1. Вас с ходу встречает персонал, который практически не может не понимать вас, не говорить по английски, чтобы объяснить, что у меня бронь через букинг мне пришлось потратить 5 минут, и это в 2026 году в Китае, где уже местами с тобой говорят по русски местные и есть встроенные переводчики на ресепшенах, да о чем речь, неужели отель не в силах позволить себе установить какую нибудь ИИ сотрудникам, чтобы облегчить их страдания в незнаниях языков, отмечу лишь то, что был паренек похоже из Индии, вот он английский знает отлично, но меня заселяли два китайца, которым не помешало бы иметь переводчик.

2. Сами номера не видели ремонта лет 30, если не больше, это буквально уже очень усталые номера в рыжих оттенках, ни о каких технологиях не может идти и речи, если захотите заказать себе доставку, то пойдете вниз на улицу забирать ее с специальной стойке и это в век роботов, которые повсеместно доставляют еду в Китае.
Подушки как по мне неудобные, но тут на любителя.
Окна в номере это отдельные разговор, они открываются и там мог бы быть красивый вид, но окна не мыли наверное те же 30 лет.

3. Я читал кучу восторженных отзывов на тему завтрака, (кстати во сколько он и где при заселении мне не сказали, нигде этой информации не было, но спасибо, что в каком то отзыве, известная ИИ из трех букв нашла инфу, оно проходит на первом этаже в кафе при отеле, рестораном это назвать язык не поворачивается)
Выбор на завтраке абсолютно минимальный, ни о каких пяти звездах тут не может идти и речи, в трехзвездочных выбора сильно больше, два вида колбасы, два вида сосисок, два вида картошки, но они чередуются из дня в день, то есть два вида картошки в один день вы не встретите, овощи по минимуму, единственный плюс можно поставить за фрукты, но они повсеместно в Шанхае есть.

Une étape parfaite avant le départ !
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé pour ceux qui doivent prendre l'avion ou le train à Shanghai Hongqiao. Nous avons trouvé une excellente offre avec petit-déjeuner et départ tardif (16h) inclus. La chambre était spacieuse et très confortable, avec une superbe vue sur la ville. Buffet petit-déjeuner très varié (chinois et européen) dans une grande salle agréable. Personnel très attentionné et professionnel. Bref, une solution parfaite pour une dernière nuit en Chine :-)

Bad experience
Pros:

Very disappointing experience.
I came to breakfast before 10:00, which was still within the official breakfast hours. The restaurant staff told me that, because there was little time left, I could only take a takeaway breakfast. I agreed without any complaints.
However, the takeaway they gave me contained only a few pieces of bread, some pastries, and a small juice box. I explained that I do not eat flour-based products and asked if there was anything else available. The staff replied that this was all they had, although I could clearly see that other food was still available in the restaurant.
People choose an expensive hotel like Radisson Collection because they expect excellent service. We are paying guests, not beggars. No one will starve because of one breakfast, but it is the attitude and lack of care that completely ruined my impression of this hotel.
Great hospitality is made up of small details, and unfortunately this hotel failed at one of the simplest ones. I cannot recommend staying here based on this experience.

Pros:

Bellissimo hotel con servizi eccezionali e personale molto attento e gentile. Mi sono trovata molto bene e nonostante sia un po' decentrato è vicino a delle belle zone, non turistiche e molto interessanti da visitare. Mi è dispiaciuto dover andare via e spero che potrò ritornare a soggiornare qui!

Cons:

Il primo giorno al mio arrivo ho provato ad aprire la finestra ma era chiusa a chiave, penso per sicurezza e per insonorizzare la stanza. Temevo di avvertire un po' di claustrofobia a causa di questo ma infine non è stato affatto così perché la camera era spaziosa e comunque ben areata.
