My stay was very pleasant.
Pros:

It was clean and quiet.

Cons:

I did not like that there are no elevators. We were on the 3rd floor and to have to walk up and down the stairs with small children and luggage was a little rough.

Perfect for our overnight stay in San Jose.
Pros:

This property was excellent -- not a "hotel room". It met our needs. Staff very professional and friendly. Appreciate the room being ready a little earlier since we had somewhere to be by the normal check in time. Will definitely stay at Sonesta ES Suites next time we're in the area.
