Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and highly recommend it.

One especially important feature for Arab and Middle Eastern guests is that the bathrooms are equipped with bidet sprays, which makes the stay much more comfortable and convenient.

The service was excellent throughout my stay, and the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Their hospitality really made a difference.

Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and warm hospitality.

Bien dans l’ensemble
Pros:

Mireille la concierge, magnifique Dame d’une gentillesse extraordinaire très professionnelle. Heureusement qu’elle est là pour remonter le niveau de l’hôtel.

Cons:

Les femmes de ménage qui ne sont pas le ménage correctement qui viennent à n’importe quelle heure et vous foutent dehors de votre chambre et même parfois vous font partir pendant une heure et puis finalement ne font pas le ménage

5 Sterne gebucht und bezahlt, aber nur 3 bekommen.

Die Unterkunft ist in einer sehr guten Gegend gelegen & die Zimmer sind sauber.

Cons:

Ich habe 5 Sterne gebucht und maximal 3 bekommen. Unser Zimmer hatte kein Kühlschrank, auf Nachfrage wurde uns dann ein grosses Lautes Teil ins Zimmer gebracht, immerhin freundlich und lösungsorientiert. Überall werden Gebühren verrechnet und für alles wird abgerechnet. Kennt man von 5 Stern Hotels, aber aufgrund der maximal 3 Sterne überrissen, auch das Parking mit 85$ ist zu viel. Lieber 5‘ entfernt für 15$ pro Tag parkieren. Die absolute Frechheit war, dass uns die Übernachtungen doppelt verrechnet wurden & bei der Nachfrage sehr arrogant geantwortet wurde & keine Entschuldigung folgte, obwohl es ein Fehler des Hotels war, wie gesagt für die gebuchten 5 Sterne erhält man maximal 3. Am Pool sind keine eigenen Getränke & Snacks erlaubt, auch das kennt man von 5 Stern Hotels, da hier aber der ganze Service nicht gestummen hat, hat dies ein fader Beigeschmack.

I paid booking.com for this accommodation before my departure and have your confirmation of payment. However the hotel has charged me again for the accommodation, plus some extras. I gave them my credit card details with the understanding that I would need to pay for any additional expenses during my stay, however, they have also charged me for the accommodation. Please rectify with them immediately.

Pros:

Trendy place with great vibes. No bar or restaurant open at night. Breakfast is amazing with excellent service, especially from Kiara!

Amazing and caring staff
Pros:

Pool area could used some updating, but 5 star service from the staff. Front desk employee on the evening of 8/8 (Latino gentlemen) went far and beyond to assist me as I lost my wallet and all my payments were digital. So patient, accommodating, and resourcefu.
