Great service
Pros:

I stayed in SLS for 4days and the staff in this hotel is so lovely and welcoming. Especially Sebastian from the rooftop bar has been incredible in service, he was so caring and many knowledgeable about LA. The location of the hotel is great to visit many places in LA too. Defiantly coming back.

Unforgettable Experience - Incredible Staff
Pros:

Genuinely phenomenal service. Sebastian is a world class employee - he helped me outside of normal hours and also provided an incredible dinner experience the following day. He’s an incredibly kind and personable man, going above and beyond to ensure our experience was the epitome of quality. The food was excellent, all staff were unbelievably kind, and atmosphere was amazing. Absolutely would recommend to anyone and would return in the near future!

Amazing Food, Even Better Staff

Sebastian was amazing! He was so kind, and cared about our time both in and out of our dinner experience - my boyfriend and I felt so grateful! The food is a 10/10 and the environment was cozy, well worth the price. Thank you Sebastian and SLS!

Lovely hotel and great service
Pros:

I have stayed at this hotel since it changed from Meridien to SLS.
It has naturally changed and evolved over the years, but still remains my favourite hotel in Beverly Hills
It is sophisticated and modern.
The rooms have also evolved to become much brighter and inviting.
The service has always been good, however, I must recognize the outstanding service of Kiara.
Kiara is professional and her positive attitude and commitment to customer service reflects extremely well on the SLS as hotel

All in all, a great stay, as always

Great Rooftop Experience
Pros:

Got drinks on the SLS Hotel Rooftop at night, the ambience was great and our server Sebastian Guzman, was warm and super attentive. We had a great experience because of him, accompanied by nice rooftop vibes with the LA city back drop.

Pros:

Absolutely LOVED my experience using the rooftop pool for the day. Really good location, mellow vibe and not too busy at all, comfortable loungers etc. It was made very special by our server Bridgette, who provided excellent service and was so so sweet. She checked in on us regularly and made sure we had everything we needed! Big thanks to her. Will definitely be coming back next time I'm in LA

Pros:

We came for a weekend getaway. Not sure where “Sebastian” was - but he must’ve not been working this weekend. We went to the rooftop bar, sat at a table - no one attempted service for 15 min. We ended up just getting up and leaving. Tried to have sushi, but they were unaccommodating. There was no downstairs bar open. It must’ve been closed off. Our room was average at best. We ended up going to the Four Seasons. A real disappointment because we were looking forward to it.

Great atmosphere and views form the bar. The drinks are amazing and service is excellent. Sebastian took great care, really attentive, and had excellent recommendations for drinks. Rooms are great and clean. The service is amazing and took excellent care and support during my stay.

Pros:

Sebastian was the best!! I came here when I first chose to go to UCLA 4 years ago and had to come back now as I am looking to graduate. Sebastian made the night special with my mom and we got to celebrate Mother’s Day and graduation with delicious food and cocktails.

Excellent Visit to this charming hotel!
Pros:

My husband and I came up for a business dinner and decided to stay here at SLS. Wow, really really nice room. Went up to the pool bar for a small bite and drink and Cailyn & Brigitte were the bomb! They were so sweet and we chatted it up! Thank you ladies, you are doing a great job at the hotel and we loved the pleasure to hang out with you both for the short visit.
