Will not be back
Pros:

Nice property but room was just ok.

Cons:

Heat of the summer and know AC. Room was very hot . They did have a portable unit that blasted some cool air loudly. It had a big tube that was tucked under the drapes to the outside.
Plumbing in bathroom was a trickle of water. For $800 per night we were not happy and it did not live up to our expectations.

Hopeful yet disappointed
Pros:

Location was perfectly situated near CHGV. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Parking was on-site.

Cons:

There was no reason for an over night parking charge since the parking was onsite and no valet. N̈or⁶ÿ should a pet fee of over $150 per night be charged. Both seemed exccessive and present only because they were the only nicer hotel in the area. Staff was scarce, so appeared to be understaffed and unreliable.

Shocked how rude this experience is.
Pros:

Booked a suite for me and my family and when we arrived they had the audacity to cancel our entire booking and book us into a worse hotel. We are two adults and 3 kids with jet lag. It was unbelievable.

Cons:

I'm now wasting my holiday time chasing a refund, how unacceptable.

Love the garden and feeling of the site.

The landscape, the quaintness

Cons:

The air conditioning was very loud in our room, the pillows were awful, they were too full , my neck and head couldn’t get support. Handicap ramp is need at the building where room 114/115 etc.

Attention to detail, property is a hidden gem, historic southern design.
Pros:

Pleasantly surprised by the grounds of the property. Very southern plantation style architecture made it feel historical. Loved the upkeep of the indoor and outdoor areas. There was a yoga class going on outside which made the experience feel very interactive and alive. I can't wait to return.

Cons:

Can't think of anything. Keep it up.

All in all, a lovely experience that makes you forget you are up against a freeway.
Pros:

Darling decor, beautiful grounds, well maintained, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Nice amenities like hot cocoa at night and coffee in the morning. Restaurant was very good!

Cons:

Right in the freeway— noisy even on the “quiet” side of the street; yard work and leaf blowers started at 8 am which disrupted sleep. Coffee was not tasty sadly. Gym is cute and nicely laid out.
