Won’t be staying here again not worth the price of the stay.

Noise disturbances staff did nothing about. Car alarm outside our window going off from 1am-7am. Other guest knocking on our door and running off multiple times.

We only stopped over, the bed was very comfortable which is what was our main goal.

Cons:

Noise form the slamming doors form every room plus being by the main entrance.

Very clean accommodations for an overnight stay but no elevator for 2nd floor rooms.
Pros:

The room was very clean. the bed was very comfortable. There were plenty of towels. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Although I requested a ground floor we were initially given a second story room. There was NO elevator. We could not wrestle ourselves and our luggage up steps. We were given a 2 single bed room instead of the king size room we reserved to get into a ground floor. People should be informed no elevator! We could have been stranded with no reservation at 4:00 for lack of this knowledge. The bathroom could also only accommodate one person at a time. Very small no counter space.

I supposed to have a king size room and we did a payment belong to king size room. We received a double bed was very uncomfortable and didn’t received any reimbursement or a decent apologize.

A nice safe place to stay in an area I've never visited before
