Great stay, would definitely return
Pros:

Great location. Efficient and friendly staff, very clean and comfortable. Nice bar area.

Cons:

Quite basic in terms of room decor but that didn’t bother me.

Wonderful vacation.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The location is excellent, with all the main attractions easily accessible—just around 15 minutes by bus or a pleasant 30-minute walk along the Thames.

The food was delicious. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Overall, a fantastic experience. We would happily stay here again on our next visit.

Pros:

The location was great for our trip to see Harry Styles. Room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

Th bar could have open a little later after coming back from Wembley. But only a minor thing.

Hôtel idéalement situé , au coeur de Londres et de st Pancras , parfait pour les voyageurs.
Pros:

Nous avons apprécié la situation géographique de l'hôtel , à quelques minutes du métro du régent's park et 10 mn de la gare de st Pancras international.
Le Regent' Park
Notre chambre était confortable et assez spacieuse pour un séjour de 4/5 nuits, la qualité du service de chambre a répondu à nos attentes, de même que la réception de l'hôtel.
Petit déjeuner de type anglo-saxon et buffet continental assez varié de nature à contenter tout le monde.
La salle de restaurant est vaste, et le personnel est attentif et très réactif , aucun problème pour prendre son petit déjeuner (créneau suffisamment large entre 6h30 et 10 h).

Cons:

Notre chambre était équipée d'une petite salle de bain avec douche mais dans une baignoire , rien de rédhibitoire ,mais cela peut être compliquée pour des personnes âgées ou manquant de mobilité.

Perfect location for a quick visit in central London.
Pros:

Central location but still very calm neighbourhood. Lived the fact that I could open the window!

Cons:

How unpractical is it to have a safe on the floor? Why not on eyesight level?
Another challenge, especially for older guests are the bathtub showers.
