Fantastic location
Pros:

Love the location, the hotel itself is fantastic. The staff are very welcoming,friendly and professional

Would book again due to convenience, however, the price is not reflected in the room quality.
Pros:

Fantastic staff, service and conference rooms. Food very good quality. Location excellent and extremely easy to find from the tube. Breakfast good and additional food throughout the day at breaks excellent.

Cons:

Had trouble with the conferencing which was an issue every morning that had to be resolved, however, the staff were very supportive. Room whilst clean and tidy did not match up to the rest of the hotel and the room, especially the bathroom felt tired and old. Felt pricey considering the above.

First room smelled of cigarettes, second room was adjoining and I could here the couple next door until finally being moved to a suite
