Brilliant staff, very comfortable beds and incredibly quiet and peaceful for a central location. Restaurants and supermarkets close by with a safe vibe to the area.
No decaf tea and not enough milk in the rooms for two of us.

Fantastic, central location - yet very peaceful. Our room had a nice view of the iconic BT tower. Everything in the room was super-clean and comfortable. I liked the environmentally-sound emphasis on avoiding waste.
Overall we enjoyed a great stay - but at the booking stage, it wasn’t made clear that we might not get the bed arrangements requested. In the end we did, but the uncertainty created stress beforehand. I’d advise others to watch out for this unusual booking quirk, which I’d never come across before.
Just the location, very close to the tube
Staff was rude. I had told them about at what time we are reaching and I reached at 2:20 pm. The front desk said, we can’t give you the room because it’s not 3 pm yet, not because it’s not available. They were denying room to everyone pretty much before 3 pm sharp because they wanted people to wait in the restaurant so that they order food.
