A perfect stay.
Pros:

We stayed for 8 days following my Father's hip replacement. Staff could not be more helpful and obliging. This is like a country hotel in a city. Beautiful walks, exceptional food, clean and quiet.

Cons:

There is nothing to dislike.

Absolutely brilliant
Pros:

Absolutely excellent from the very first minute. It's been a long time since we've experienced this level of excellence and service. From the brilliant person at reception, matched by the person at the bar; the condition of the room - kitkats included! - the state of the facilities; all brilliant.

Cons:

You can't turn off the shower without getting your hair wet 😂

Modern business style hotel on outskirts of Bristol.
Pros:

Spa and pool. Comfortable lounge and restaurant with good menu.

Cons:

Rather out of town, 3 miles from Bristol centre. But good direct bus service to centre.

Fantastic staff and really helpful and understanding
Pros:

Spacious room and even give us free upgrade due to having no accessibility rooms left but we ended up with a bigger room and plenty of room for adapted pram.

Cons:

Nothing all facilities exceeded expectations

Pros:

Хороший отель в пригороде Бристоля. Останавливались на пару дней по пути в Уэльс. Удобная доступность, если вы едите на автомобиле, также очень большая и свободная парковка за 5 фунтов в день. До центра Бристоля на машине — 15 минут. Также рядом с отелем огромная территория с озером, где живут гуси, утки и другие птицы и животные (видели зайцев). В обоих номерах было тихо. Есть небольшой спортзал и небольшой бассейн. Номера достаточно простые, но все необходимое (включая кофемашину) было! Завтрак не слишком разнообразный, но довольно вкусный и сытный (Full english breakfast).

Cons:

Бассейн довольно небольшой (но для детей вполне хороший!), но при этом еще и разделен на 2 части. В одной могут купаться только взрослые и проходят уроки плаванья. Это разделение не очень удобное — например, один раз мы были в бассейне и во взрослой части никого не было — зато несколько взрослых плавало в "общей" части, из-за чего половина была переполнена. В итоге мы с сыном перебрались во взрослую, на свой страх и риск, благо никто не ругался :) Но было бы удобнее, если бы его не делили. Плюс, когда проходят уроки плаванья, бывает слишком много людей. Также в сауне было бы хорошо поставить температуру хотя бы 95-100 градусов, а не 80 :)

Pros:

Room, breakfast, and swimming pool were all great. Didn't have time to use the gym but looked as good as expected for a hotel.

Cons:

Pond outside looked a little dried out because of recent hot weather, but other than that, all was very good. And slightly limited closing time (8pm) on pool (- not sure about gym?), but again, didn't affect us.

I was disappointed.
Pros:

The location was good, close to the Crematorium where we were attending a funeral

Cons:

The fridge in the room woke me at 4am, it was making a loud banging noise.
The extractor fan in the bathroom didn’t work which caused condensation to form on the tiled floor which became very slippery as a result.
The water pressure in the shower was poor.
There were hairs in the bathroom.
The rooms’ door had a large gap at the bottom which meant light streamed into the room all night.
I wouldn’t stay there again.

Excellent for a one night stay
Pros:

Room was very adequate for our brief one night stay. The reception area was lovely to arrive in, organise a taxi from and in which to meet our family. There was plenty of space, plenty of seating and it was beautifully cool on a very hot day. The presence of a drinking water fountain was very welcome. The breakfast was set out well and was really good.

Cons:

Not much. There was only one receptionist on duty on our arrival. She was on the phone and there was a little confusion checking in, which was soon sorted. It only mattered because we were also coordinating a taxi order.

Road trip stop off
Pros:

Evening meals ..can't argue on portion sizes
Sharmima..(think that's her name ) a credit to the hotel very friendly and polite/ patient
