My wife had food poisoning. Still ill for the second day after we left. The meals were overcooked and awful.

Poor staff, felt unsafe and aircon not working

Cons:

The air con wasn’t really working in our room . Parking was expensive even though out of town.

I was woken at 4am by loud knocking on the door of the room next door. It carried on so I went to investigate. The night manager was outside and young men were responsible. The woman in the room next door was very scared and asked if they had had a knife. This was all very disturbing in the middle of the night. How did these youths get into the hotel? I would not stay here again.

Disappointed.
Pros:

I booked for an airconditioned room and when we reached the place we were told that the room we will be in has airconditioning problem and no email was even sent to notify they have this problem. If they did we could have sorted it out prior to arrival but on the spot they could only offer 30%refund if we accept it or totally cancel the booking which was really too late and very troublesome to do. We ended up taking the room for 2 nights with only fans though we were given 2 extra fan still not worth as we came in during heatwave. But otherwise, food was good, pool was good as well. Our room wasnt cleaned thoroughly as we found old food wraps from previous occupants and towels werent replaced when we checked in the room.

Cons:

No aircon and no email notifying the ac problems prior to arrival.

Pros:

Lovely staff, excellent breakfast, super comfortable bed.

Cons:

A little pricey for what your were getting, and the bathroom wasn’t the nicest decor and had a tiny bit of wear and tear but still clean

Cons:

The ac wasn’t working for the room I had been assigned and I wasn’t told until I arrived. I was offered complimentary breakfast and a discount but I would have preferred to be told in advance of my stay so I could have more time to find other arrangements.

Pros:

Pool a little small - especially when some of it cordoned off for swimming lessons (but still nice to have in this price bracket)
