Pros:

Bar / lounge area was really welcoming and comfy. Food was great and when the meal deal selected was actually very very reasonable. All staff we dealt with were excellent.

Good deal dinner breakfast room reasonable price
Good facilities swimming / fishing

Cons:

Bed was really hard didn’t sleep that well and waited quite a while for drinks then wrong drink came so returned but got changed for it

Very pleased and would stay again
Pros:

Size of room, friendly staff, convenient location.

Cons:

More disabled parking, breakfast could have been warmer with more than 1 slice of toast, toilet flush was temperamental. Gap under door allowing hallway light through.

Gym not open until 8am at the weekend. You have to pay for parking - it is miles out of the city….

Good overall but staff not on the ball
Pros:

Very easy to get to. Handy for UWE campus visit

Cons:

Scatty staff. We sat looking at our meals for ages with no cutlery, had to go and find some. Had my glass cleared up when i hadn't finished with it and it was half full.


And we asked for forgotten sanitary supplies, but had to ask again hours later as none had been provided.
