Bathroom sink had sewer smell every time faucet was turned on.
Side entrance doors areas were very dirty and unkept.
Ice machine on level 1 not working. Had to go up elevator to level 2.

Relaxing
Pros:

Super clean room great location. They had a very nice place so we could walk our dogs. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool was very large and the hot tub was the icing on the cake.

Nice overnight stay in Phoenix
Pros:

Pleasant , bright and clean room . Comfortable bed in a spacious room . Bathroom very clean and with toiletries . Good A/C . Welcoming staff was very helpful and pleasant .
Close to highway but room was quiet .
Breakfast basic but adequate .
Reasonable price point for the area .

It would have been a great experience but for the size of the pillows that cost us a sound sleep.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. Very clean rooms. And good location.

Cons:

The pillows are small and short with 3 pillows per bed. Normal pillow size allows for turning from side to side while asleep. Here the small short pillows make this impossible.
This becomes even more pronounced for my spouse and myself who use CPAP machines. We both ended up not sleeping well for 5 nights. I still have a pain in my neck 2 days after checking out.
