Pros:

The room is very spacious. It had a microwave and mini fridge. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful.

Cons:

The toilet is a kid size. It's very low on the ground.

Overall it was a good stay..Great location - 4 day stay

Cons:

Door to parking lot -last door by garage bins. Occasionally work..most of the time. Someone put a rock under the door so it stayed open .Not secure..the hall carpet needed vacuuming..ice machine was leaking water - was loud.. Small things that could be fixed.. Breakfast menu - needs a change every 4 days.. maybe bacon, instead of sausage patties..

I am waiting for a response from the manager since March 12th.

I rented 2 rooms, one for my daughter & husband, and one for myself & husband. The one for myself & spouse had problems: A/C would only operate quietly with settings of 68 or less. If above, the fan would be very noisey, sometimes squealing, waking us up at night. The fan in the bathroom (comes on when you turn the light on) was noisy; needed cleaning or replacing. We discovered the refrigerator temperature was the maximum, resulting in freezing & making our water bottles useless the next day. We were able to turn the temp. down after getting down on our hands & knees to find the frig thermostat. We were told there were no other rooms available to relocate to..

Good room for the price. Door to connecting room should be thicker to silence voices from neighbors next door.

Thin doors between connecting rooms. People in the other room kept us up most of the night because we could hear talking during the night and early morning.
