Very pleasant - we would stay again.
Pros:

Location, pool, rooms. One door would not open and I told the front desk and he addressed it immediately.

Cons:

Did find a tooth cleaner next to my bed - so not as clean as I would like, the fruit ran out very early so my 2 late risers (9AM) no bananas either day. Although the rooms were close, there was an adjoining room that must have been vacant the day we arrived but the 2nd day it was occupied with very noisy people - that room would have been a better choice for us. The pool lounges are metal and were very hot in the sun.

Do housekeeping everyday.
Pros:

The location was convenient.

Cons:

Housekeeping has to be requested. Dumbest thing I ever heard off. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where I have to request beds being made, trash taken out and clean towels.

This La Quinta is very dog friendly and the staff is exceptional My stay at this location was by far one of my best stays where I had to bring my dog
