Pros:

The location is great! The hotel could use a deep clean and refresh. For a quick overnight or weekend stay it's convenient and budget friendly. The young lady at the front desk consistently appeared irritated during my visits. The bed was comfortable and a generous supply of towels was provided. The shower, however, requires a thorough cleaning. There was rust present around the shower door and the floor was in need of scrubbing. Otherwise, I would rate this about 7 out of 10, especially if you are looking to save money and need a comfortable overnight stay.

Cons:

The bathroom was unclean, and the TV didn't work because one of the outlets was not functioning, which I had to troubleshoot for about 45 minutes. The young lady at the front desk was less than helpful and just told me to unplug the TV.

Will not come back.

Upon check in, even though we already paid, we were told we had to pay a $100 deposit. We were told we would get it back in 3-5 days. I then was asked to sign and initial a paper that detailed no charges. There was literally no amounts on it. Just blank spaces where charge, tax etc were to be listed. Asked where to park after recieving our 4th floor keys, was told one elevator was out, no parking directing given, just "park anywhere". Wandered to find an elevator and room. Elevator was rickety. Overwhelming "cleaner" odor, then smoke of multiple kinds on the next floor. There is trash outside on the floor across from our room. Room was extremely damp, although ac was on, and refrigerator didn't work. Other guests were loud, hollering, etc well past midnight, someone was banging on doors at 2am. Pit bull in the hallway in the morning being taken out. Breakfast didn't start till 7:00 and it was terrible. The milk jug was crusty, streaked, and looked filthy, sausage/bacon or whatever was supposed to be by the eggs was empty, and the eggs were literally green. I've never even seen scrambled eggs partially green. The coffee wasn't even good. Ate a yogurt and left. Do not recommend.

Basic breakfast. Overcrowded during the time I was there for breakfast

Room could've been cleaner. Sheets were already on the pull out sofa bed, which meant they hadn't washed them from the previous guest.
