It was comfy but breakfast was lacking. Also need more parking and luggage carts.
Pros:

Bed was so comfy and ac was cold

Cons:

There was only 1 luggage cart for the whole hotel so we had to carry everything up to the 4th floor from front of hotel even though we had to park in the back of hotel bc not enough parking and all other doors were locked.

I would not stay here again.
Pros:

I liked the setup of the room with separate bedroom, staff was friendly, pool area was nice.

Cons:

The separate bedroom had its own A/C unit, since if you shut the door you need A/C in there (which is the entire point of paying extra for a room with a door that you can close), but the bedroom unit was inoperable and the one in the living room literally sounded like a trumpet honking every time it came on...I got very little sleep, finally turned it off at 3am...very disappointed considering how much the room cost. Also, the hotel is huge and I was on the backside far from the office, some neighbors were banging on doors and being ridiculous in the halls, not necessarily managements fault, but it was my experience - felt a little unsafe until everybody was down for the night. The breakfast area is small and there were alot of people in there, I didn't try the breakfast because it seemed a little chaotic and I heard other people complaining, one lady wanted to make hot tea, but the hot water dispenser wasn't working, so we decided to go elsewhere for breakfast so I can't comment on the food. The shower in my room was dirty, had obviously not been cleaned (like with a cleaning product) in some time, there was mildew on the walls of the shower and body hair from previous renter everywhere, also very little shampoo in the dispenser and I used all that I could get out of it.

Clean, comfortable room with a great shower
Pros:

Clean, everything in the room worked, outlets and chargers on both sides of the bed, fantastic water pressure and a nice hot shower. Comfy bed

Cons:

I’d had this reservation for months and had pre-paid, but the hotel staff tried to tell me I couldn’t get the king room I reserved because they were “sold out”. I had even confirmed on the way with an exact arrival time. He did manage to come up with a room for me; telling me that it wasn’t actually sold out and he was hoping I would take what I was given.

Pros:

Nothing really the staff wasn't very friendly. Bed room was dirty I seen a roach on the floor. Then early in the morning house keeping woke my kids up

As an out of town traveler, I don’t want to pay monthly fees subscriptions just to watch TV for a night. Makes the hotel
