מלון מרשים, ארכיקטורה יפה ובעלת משמעות, אזור שוקק ובלב העינינים, יחס חם ושירותי, ארוחת בוקר טעימה ומגוונת.
אני רוצה לציין במיוחד את היחס הלבבי והחם של יסמין ולינדה. בהחלט ממליצה על המלון.

Great location. Staff not understanding the booking.
Pros:

The location was excellent to connect to the trans. There is a lot to do around the area. Easy access to all area's.

Cons:

The staff member informed us we had breakfast included with our stay. On the first morning we were approached in the breakfast room only to be told in front of all the other guests that breakfast wasn't included. Very embarrassing.

Wonderful hotel in excellent location
Pros:

This hotel has it all.
Excellent location, lovely clean rooms, very comfortable beds, really friendly and helpful staff.
This is the third time we have stayed here, and will come back every time we visit Amsterdam.

Cons:

There is nothing we didn’t like

Nice hotel
Pros:

Room was a good size. Shower and toiletries good. Very comfortable bed.

Cons:

Didn't realise how close hotel was to night club and cafes.

Good choice for city break
Pros:

Everything was fine - location and room and the staff were particularly helpful, friendly and courteous

Cons:

The commons parts are tired and some doors are tatty - the lifts are very small and old, and the third floor doors are heavy and don't have a clean feel.
There was a lot of outside noise from the square during the night which disturbed our sleep.
