Perfect location in the center of most attraction points. The room was clean and had a balcony which was the best part of it. The bath was large and spacious. The personel were quite positive and helpful
Room was very narrow, had hard time passing from the left to the right side of the bad. The room felt cramped, the bed was not promised to be double bed thats okay but we keep falling between the space (we called it abyss during our stay) but again it was not promised, they just said they will try to ensure the double bed but no.

Very comfy bed in a great location. While our room was not facing the main street, the hotel supplied us with ear plugs, which was thoughtful but unnecessary.
It was impossible to turn on the light in the bathroom without illuminating the bed (and anyone trying to sleep). The buffet breakfast was really disappointing, there are tons of options just outside the hotel next door/across the street/around the corner.

La ubicación y el personal. La habitación era amplia y limpia. La ubicación es perfecta, puedes ir caminando, o en un corto trayecto de tranvía, a casi todos los atractivos de Ámsterdam. La plaza donde se ubica está llena de restaurantes y cafés un poco turísticos pero con bastante calidad.
Los hoteles NH eran famosos por la calidad y abundancia de sus desayunos bufet, este nos parece que no está a la altura esperada. Hay pocas opciones sin gluten.

Fuimos en el puente del Pilar. La ubicación está fenomenal, puedes ir andando a todos los sitios y está en una zona de restaurantes que hace muy cómodo salir a cenar. Hay un tranvía directo desde la estación central lo que hace muy cómoda la ida y venida del aeropuerto si coges el tren (opción más barata, rápida y cómoda). La habitación muy bien, muy cómodas las camas y la temperatura agradable. Tienes un aire acondicionado en la habitación por si quieres más frio, la calefacción es central y no puedes regularla. El personal muy correcto, han sido muy agradables y nos han resuelto todas las dudas. El desayuno es bueno, tiene todo lo que podrías esperar. Yo soy celiaco y me daban opción de pan y bollería sin gluten aunque no estaba visible, había que pedirla. Había personal que hablaba español, lo que nos hizo ilusión y le puede ser útil a quien no se maneje con el inglés. En la recepción están 24h.
Realmente no ha habido nada negativo, ha cumplido con creces con lo que nos esperábamos. Tiene todo lo que necesitas para turismo pero no tiene grandes instalaciones aparte de lo que es restaurante y habitaciones. No tiene gimnasio por ejemplo.
The location of the hotel is excellent for exploring the city. However it could potentially be noisy at the height of season/summer, being in a square surrounded by bars and restaurants. We visited in the early autumn when it was less busy and had requested a higher room so had no issues with noise. The staff on arrival were very welcoming and helpful allowing us to check-in early. Being two friends sharing a room our request for twin beds had also been arranged. Our room was a good size with plenty of room and facilities.
Breakfast was a mixed experience. Lovely apple tart and range of sweet buns. However the cooked options were very limited and not attractive. The coffee was good but the fruit juices seemed to be heavily watered down.
Having had an evening meal at one of the nearby restaurants we returned to have a drink in the hotel bar and were surprised to find it closed / locked up. We were able to go elsewhere but it would have been nice to have a drink there.

Emplacement bien situé, accueil réception top , chambre non insonorisée (simple vitrage ) , bruyant soiree et nuit , petit dej moyen , resto annoncé mais pas ouvert .
