Excellent hotel in Madrid
Pros:

This hotel is great! Amenities, food and location is excellent. Walking distance from the Royal Palace, Sabatini gardens and Calle major. All staff was great, but special mention to Nerea at the front desk for her welcoming and kind attitude. She is very good at her job and really made our stay in Madrid special.

Solo los muchachos del valet parking como que andan platicando entre ellos y no siempre están al pendiente de que se ofrece.

Esmorzar correcte, encara que estava en un lloc provisional i hi havia plats, tasses i coberts bruts. Ho vaig comentar al cap de sala.

Ens vem trobar una cucaratxa a l’habitació, ho vem comentar a recepció i van dir que en prenien nota. Cap disculpa, cap compensació…
A l’habitació no hi havia (a part de sabó, xampú i crema corporal) cap altra cosa, vaig haver de demanar gorro de dutxa.
Em sembla que un hotel de 5 estrelles ha de tenir de tot al bany.
Hi havia molta gent que havia vingut per la celebració del futbol i anaven per l’hotel borratxos, cridant, col·lapsant els ascensor…etc i el personal de l’hotel no els hi cridava l’atenció.

Overall good service and very comfortable rooms but lacking service and lost my very valuable bag during my stay

Good location, closer to chamartin district, nice and clean facilities

Cons:

Under construction, whole entrance was blocked and taxi access compromised, some staff NOT understanding, kids Seen as burden!!!
