Overall our stay was very pleasant. Staff are very helpful.

Chose this hotel as my kids like swimming. Have to book in advance and we did but one day it was fully booked so couldn’t swim.

estuvimos hospedados dos dias en madrid, las zonas de acceso en estado de construcción, la atención de la recepcion no fue la mas amable, en las solicitudes para solucionar los inconvenientes fueron respondidos de mala manera, tuvimos un inconveniente con las llaves de la ducha se dañaron, habia una luz del baño que estaba interminente, cuando ya nos ibamos a ir colocamos el vehiculo en la zona de llegada y nos cerraron la puerta de acceso para que fuera dificil la salida. muy mala la experiencia por tan alto precio.

Cons:

Escogimos el Meliá por la calidad de la cadena y, especialmente, por la piscina. Después de un largo viaje, reservamos dos noches para descansar y disfrutarla con nuestros hijos. Al hacer el check-in nadie nos informó que había que reservar previamente. Cuando bajamos, ya no había cupo. Además, el acceso es muy limitado: los niños tienen horarios específicos, el uso es por solo 45 minutos y es obligatorio llevar gorro, que debes comprar si no tienes. Todas estas condiciones deberían informarse claramente antes o al momento del check-in. De haberlo sabido, hubiésemos escogido otro hotel con una piscina de acceso más flexible para disfrutar en familia.

Para el precio y la categoría del hotel, esperábamos mucho más, especialmente en comunicación y atención al huésped.

מלון מעולה במיקום מצויין.

מלון פנטסטי ברמה גבוהה מאד מעוצב מודרני אלגנטי במיקום מצויין ! קרוב לגראן ויה ולארמון המלך. יש תחנת מטרו במרחק כמה צעדים. החדר מרווח 25 מ"ר וגם חדר הרחצה גדול. מעוצב לנוחיות המתארח. ארוחת הבוקר מאד גדולה ועשירה וכוללת גם אוכל חם! הצוות אדיב ושירותי. הבריכה נקיה מאד והיה נעים לשחות.
