Our room was very nice.

Cons:

Our balcony didn’t have any sun at all during our stay so it made our room a bit dark. There was no indication as to where you could get towels for around the pool we had to go to reception. No indication as to where you could put the used towels. People just used to leave towels on the sun beds and just come and go thus leaving very few vacant beds. Some people placed towels on the beds first thing and left them there all day. We thought that wasn’t allowed. Also heard that an extra charge would take be made for a balcony with sun. That seems very excessive.

Pros:

Super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Goede locatie, vlakbij strand, haven en de gezellige boulevard.

Cons:

Badkamer was niet al te schoon. Ontbijtbuffet en ontbijtzaal (in een druk weekend) was wel erg massaal en luidruchtig.

Súper hotel to stay in Alicante
Pros:

We stayed at The Level adults only it was great, super friendly service, great food and wine.
Suite comfortable with great view.
Being right in town is such a bonus too.
Spa great.

Cons:

These are only small things… It was a little noisy at night with people on the path outside. We were facing the sea so didn’t expect that.
No hooks behind the doors for dressing gown.
No dressing table with mirror - I improvised but in a suite you have room for a good dressing table that can double as a desk.
