Ich bin froh, dass wir gut zu Hause angekommen sind. Allerdings lässt die Hygiene in der Küche sehr zu wünschen übrig. Das Besteck war nur oberflächlich abgespült und die Tassen mit Lippenstift- und Kaffeespuren Reste.Bei Roomservice bestellen, das Essen war ungenießbar, alt und verdorben.
Es gibt nur wenige Liegen am Pool, und für den Strand muss man 18 € pro Person und Tag bezahlen.
Obwohl das Hotel nicht voll belegt war, verweigerten uns die Rezeptionisten sogar gegen Gebühr eine Verlängerung des Check-outs – und das, obwohl unser Kind wegen des starke klimatisiertes Zimmer krank geworden war.
Kurzum: der bisher schlimmste Urlaub. Wir wollen von diesem Hotel nie wieder hören.

Dejlig stor hotel med perfekt beliggenhed i forhold til stranden og byen
Pros:

Perfekt placering i forhold til stranden og byen, meget stor hotel kompleks med gode faciliteter, dog ret lille svimmingpool, som vi ikke brugte pga alt for mange mennesker og støj rundt omkring, sikkert godt for familier med børn.
Meget sød og hjælpsom personale.

Bardzo udany pobyt w sercu Alicante.
Pros:

Lokalizacja, jedzenie, duży pokój 54m2, przyjazny i pomocny personel.

Cons:

Architektura obiektu, która powoduje że na balkonach jest głośno albo od basenów albo od różnych show, które hotel organizuje prawie codziennie, więc żeby mieć ciszę trzeba zamknąć okna. Klimatyzacja miała nieco zatęchły zapach.
