Not a good experience with the staff

The staff . I was deceived when it came to paying for the mini bar …didn’t realize we had to pay for the things up in our room..when I was checking out , we were told to pay around 160pounds for something that clearly was in the room for guests ..when I argued it was, they deducted money unknowingly from my account..

On m’a volé un bijou et le personnel n’a rien fait et limite il était accusateur et m’a suggéré de bien regardé comme si ça n’était pas déjà à plusieurs reprises. Je suis très déçue et en colère😣
