Nell'insieme un discreto soggiorno

Letto molto comodo, camera silenziosa, buona colazione con buona varietà di prodotti.

Purtroppo non c'è stata molta chiarezza sulla prenotazione. Avevo prenotato una camera classic e poco dopo mi è arrivata un'email dalla struttura con un'offerta di upgrade per una junior suite. Ho chiesto a quanto ammontava la cifra totale del soggiorno incluso l'upgrade e mi è stata detta una cifra che poi all'arrivo ho scoperto essere solo la cifra di differenza per l upgrade e non il totale del soggiorno come avevo chiesto tra l'altro più di una volta sia per email sia telefonando direttamente alla reception ma nessuno ha mai specificato questa differenza anzi mi è stato chiesto di pagare in anticipo la cifra per poter fermare la stanza e anche in quella occasione ho chiesto se dovessi pagare l'intera cifra del soggiorno ma anche lì non è stato specificato che la cifra da anticipare era solo per l' upgrade. Sarebbe bastato dire che poi il saldo sarebbe avvenuto in hotel e non scoprirlo all' arrivo cosa poco carina. Come nell'email della pseudo offerta sarebbe bastato dire "per tot euro in più effettueremo l'upgrade" cosa che non è stata specifica neanche lì, per fortuna ci sono le varie email che lo provano. Lo staff si è scusato dandoci poi una camera di dimensioni un po' più grandi rispetto a quella prenotata, hanno fatto anche il gesto di offrirci la colazione ma in realtà era già inclusa nella mia prenotazione originale quindi neanche avevano visto cosa includeva la prima prenotazione. Inoltre il primo giorno non ci è stata rifatta la camera abbiamo dovuto farlo presente alla reception due volte e finalmente alle 20.30 di sera hanno provveduto. Diciamo che sono cose che in un hotel a 4 stelle non dovrebbe avvenire. Suggerire un po' più di attenzione e preparazione da parte dello staff della reception perché sia all'altezza di un hotel di questa categoria.

Pros:

O staff foi muito simpático o pequeno almoço bom a piscina agradável muito embora muito concorrida e não muito longe do centro. O parque de estacionamento saí diretamente para o hotel o que é muito confortável.

Cons:

Não tivemos nenhum problema que fosse digno de reparo.

Pros:

Die Lage ist gut. Aber gut 15-20 Minuten ins Zentrum. Das Zimmer war wie zu erwarten gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sprach gut Englisch.

Cons:

Die Flure sind abgenutzt. Die Fenster halten die Straßengeräusche nur teilweise ab.

Hotel muy recomendable
Pros:

Buena ubicación, a unos 5 min andando a Plaza de España y unos 15/20 min andando a la Giralda. Desayuno espectacular y personal súper amable y disponible. Parada de Taxi en frente de el hotel. No tendría ninguna duda en repetir.

Cons:

La verdad que de lo que he visto y aprovechado en el hotel no tengo nada de negativo que comentar.

Lovely hotel. Not central to most attractions but right next to plaza de espania
Pros:

Loved the bar area and staff there and the room was well equipped and clean.

Cons:

The pool was overcrowded. No sun beds or shade and on the Tuesday we were told we couldn’t sit round half the pool as they had a private party later on and were setting up so we just left.

Disappointed in what we were reasonably expecting.
Pros:

The staff were excellent. Access to the level lounge was good.

Cons:

Maintenance issues with the bedroom. Door to room difficult to open,close and lock. Handle to the terrace was loose. Room and bathroom felt cramped
