El hotel es bastante grande, pedimos que el domingo nos permitieran salir mas alla de las 12h pues fuimos a un evento que acabó muy tarde, y nos dieron como tope máximo las 12.30 de la mañana . Sinceramente ,no creo que un domingo tuvieran tantas entradas en el hotel como para no darnos al menos una hora de cortesía .Estos pequeños detalles son los que dan categoría a los hoteles.
La ubicación y el personal muy amable.
La habitación y en especial el baño era bastante más viejo de cómo aparece en las fotografías.

28 plazas de parking en pleno centro de Valladolid... ínfimas. No tiene. acuerdo con ningún parking. Les comentamos varios opositores si nos daban desayuno, y nos dijeron q el desayuno empezaba a las 7:30 y no podían adelantarlo. La nevera de la habitación no enfriaba. Baños obsoletos. Demasiado caro para sólo dormir. Está en la zona del mercado del Val, pero tampoco hay mucha cosa alrededor.
El aire acondicionado hacía un poco ruido, pero por el resto todo perfecto!
