Solid for necessities and work!
Pros:

The breakfast and hotel staff were amazing! Hotel was in close proximity to Emory allowing us to use the free shuttle every day which was great. Great location to get to a lot of things to do for that side of Atlanta. We found really good food for ordering in or going to. Ponce City Market, Atlantic Station and Lennox are all 20 minutes or less! The back yard view and landscaping is gorgeous. I work from home and was able to find a few secluded areas to have my meetings. There's a lot of open space to lounge and there's a coffee shop inside!

Cons:

NO train or bus stop near. You will need to rent or Uber to get around from the airport. We ubered. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. Carpets give the place a dusty smell (I have a very sensitive nose) and just need to be pulled up EVERYWHERE. The perks seemed geared towards the conference center amenities, which were NICE. But we didn't use as we weren't there for that. Not sure why the bowling alley isn't open to the public. There's nothing to do for kids other than the pool (no hot tub).

The little things make a huge difference.
Pros:

I loved how vast the hotel campus is. It feels very exclusive while offering reasonable prices for middle income families. The food options are great; a morning coffee stop with quick breakfast options, a breakfast and lunch buffet for more options and a bar/lounge for dinner and drinks after a long day. The gym offered a great place to start the day and having a view of the pool was a treat for me with my kiddos. The indoor pool was perfect for unwinding.

Cons:

I did not like the fact the hotel website states there is a whirlpool on site ..but was not anywhere to be found. I believe it has been covered with tile in the pool room, and used for extra seating. That was a disappointment. The cleaning service seemed to miscount the number of towels and wash clothes we'd need for our room. On the day of check in, we only had three towels for four guests. And the next morning they only reset our towels with two.

Pros:
