Great place around Old Quarter
Pros:

Location was excellent.
Mia the receptionist was great! From the time they received my booking to the day I left she helped with my trip.
Celine found me a great price for a trip to Ha Lan Bay and suggested a few things to do.
Nhta Also was very helpful.

Cons:

Not having window. But at the end was good for the noise streets

Pros:

Amazing stay! The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help. Everything was spotless, and the property looked exactly like the photos, which was very reassuring.
The bed was extremely comfortable, and after staying in six different places in Hanoi, this was by far the best one. As a lovely touch, they even gave us a departure gift when we left.
Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!
