Experiencia recomendable!
Pros:

Lo que más me gustó, sin duda, es la ubicación (en pleno old quarter, cerca de todo), la relación calidad-precio (una noche en un hotel similar en España no bajaría de 100€) y la atención de Lucy, la recepcionista; nos ayudó con la planificación de un par de viajes dentro de Hanoi, fue súper atenta y amable, siempre con una sonrisa en la cara. ¡Muchas gracias, Lucy!

Extremely disappointing and nothing like the other reviews!!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Our experience at Trang Trang Boutique Hotel was extremely disappointing and completely different from what the other reviews would lead you to expect. We had booked 2 rooms and they were both in this disgusting condition. 301 & 501.

When we arrived, we were shocked by the condition of the room. There were clear signs of mould, dampness and water damage throughout the bathroom and ceiling, as shown in the photos. We also encountered ants/insects. This was not simply a case of the room being a little dated — the condition raised genuine hygiene and health concerns, and we did not feel comfortable staying there.

The room also had no window and no natural light, making it dark, damp and unpleasant.

There were concerns even before we checked in properly. As we arrived early, the hotel agreed to store our luggage at reception. However, our bags were simply left sitting in the reception area without being locked or secured, while people were coming and going. We were understandably concerned that our belongings could have been taken.

When we raised this with staff, we were told that reception is monitored 24 hours a day and that there is a camera. However, during the time we were actually there, the receptionist was frequently not present at the desk, so this did not exactly reassure us about the security of our luggage.

Because of the condition of the accommodation, we had to find alternative accommodation, causing additional expense and considerable inconvenience. Despite this, the staff only offered us 50% of our money back. We were also apparently told that the refund could take up to three months, which is extremely frustrating and unacceptable given the circumstances.

What is particularly concerning is that our experience bears absolutely no resemblance to many of the glowing reviews for this hotel.

スタッフの方がフレンドリーで親切でした。
ロケーションも良かったです。

Cons:

・到着した時、洗面台の配管が破れていて、洗面台を使うとパイプから水が全て漏れ出してしまう状況でした。
すぐに修理ができないとのことで、当日は歯磨きも洗顔も手洗いもできず、とても困りました。
3人グループだったため難しかったとしても、他の部屋に変更するなどの配慮が欲しかったです。
・部屋が湿気臭かったです
・泊まった部屋が屋根裏部屋のような場所で、エレベーターが使えずに狭い階段を荷物を持って昇り降りするのが怖かったです
