Great location and convient
Pros:

Everyone is super nice and helpful. The tour we had booked through the hotel was phenomenal and would definitely stay again.

Great location for an amazing price!
Pros:

Love the location! The room is a little small, but that’s just how the rooms are like in Vietnam. You can’t beat the price of this hotel! It’s so conveniently located to the night market, the lake, the Sao Viet bus station, etc.

Cons:

The room is a little small but it’s manageable. Don’t expect rooms to be spacious like the country you are from. There are 1-2 outlets. I would recommend bringing plugs that allow 2-3 charging cables.

Very good value, nice but pushy staff and a quite a few tiny ants in the room.

Cons:

Staff were extremely pushy about leaving a 10 star review and feedback. They asked me to fill out a survey late one night when I got back and I asked to fill it out in my room and they kept asking me over and over if it was done. After I submitted thee review and wrote about the ants in the room they asked me to please forgive them and understand their point of view and still leave a 10 star review at the end of the trip. The morning we checked out we had to rush to the airport which we told the staff but they insisted we should fill out a 10 star review on booking.com first because they had to send a picture to their boss. After a lot of back and forth they finally agreed to let us send a review as long as we did it right away.

Hotel mit guter Lage, eher für rustikale Menschen
Pros:

Extrem gute Lage und sehr nettes Hotelpersonal, dass einem bei allem geholfen hat. Man konnte das Gepäck auch kostenlos dort lagern

Große Zimmer mit weichen Betten

Cons:

Im Bad gab es teilweise Schimmel, und es hat extrem aus dem Abfluss gerochen, so dass man sich quasi nicht im Zimmer aufhalten konnte

Close to the hustle and bustle of the city
Pros:

There was lots of space and really nice decorations. So close to the center! You could hear the street in the room which I loved as we were too tired to go out but could still enjoy the atmosphere. Jack, Nancy and another lady that helped us at reception were lovely!

Pros:

La réceptionniste Céline a été d'une aide exemplaire pour nous donner toutes les activités et les meilleures restaurants au alentour un gros plus !! Les commodité de la chambre était super!

Cons:

Malheureusement dans notre chambre le A/C ne marchait pas super bien on a eu chaud a un moment durant la nuit.
