Cheap and cheerful
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and kind. Hazel was very attentive and nice.

Cons:

The bed sheets had a few dead bugs in and holes in the sheets. But the room was very cool (fans and air conditioning) and comfortable

Pros:

Très bon emplacement au cœur de la vieille ville de Hanoï
Lits confortables et personnels très serviables et gentils.
Hotel en cohérence avec le prix payé pour une famille de 4 personnes pour y dormir.

Cons:

Le manque de fenêtre mais c était indiqué.

Nice and comfortable stay with a great location to many
Pros:

I liked that it was very close to the old quarter which meant that the location was close to many of the popular location. Many eateries and convenient store made it easy to get quick items. Ms Mia was very helpful in accommodating my needs and shared the trip itinerary about nimh bihn.

Cons:

i wished that there was a window to open and air the room, took abit ill during the stay so i wished to have some fresh air

Pros:

Location was perfect for food tours and markets!! Receptionists Mia and Tommy took care of us in and out of the hotel, Mia recommending street food and helping us get from the airport. Both of them being hospitable and kind!
