This hotel is definitely a LEVEL UP.
Pros:

Our family of 4 stayed at a Grand Premium The Level Communicated Room (connecting rooms). It felt much bigger than 60sqm - especially the main bedroom. Ask for a high floor if you want more natural light. More than the room, what was truly exceptional was the LEVEL category. It is worth the upgrade. The access to the private lounge & terrace with free breakfast and tapas was perfect for the late meal times in Spain... Many thanks to DIEGO and ALBERTO for your amazing help throughout our trip! Everything from booking restaurants, car service etc. was done with so much patience and kindness. We will definitely be back.
