Pros:

Nossa experiência foi excelente. O staff é extremamente atencioso, cordial e sempre disposto a ajudar. O quarto é muito confortável, com cama e travesseiros de excelente qualidade, proporcionando uma ótima noite de sono. Percebe-se que tudo foi cuidadosamente pensado para oferecer conforto e comodidade aos hóspedes. O café da manhã também merece destaque, com ótima qualidade e variedade. Com certeza voltaríamos a nos hospedar neste hotel.

Все отлично. Место замечательное. Много ресторанов. До центра 30 мин пешком. Отель комфортный. Завтрак хороший. Бассейн без подогрева. Но для Мадридского лета это совсем не страшно)! Скорее плюс.

Cons:

За обслуживание в номере берут 5 евро за визит. Потом выяснилось, что если сам придешь за необходимым, то это бесплатно. Жаль, что сразу не сказали. Но может и пытались сказать - но из-за языкового барьера мы могли и не понять.

Good facilities and breakfast let down by moody staff
Pros:

The breakfast and pool area was fantastic.

Cons:

The staff - not very friendly. Customer service goes a long way, and I expected happier faces and conversations from the staff for this sort of money.

La habitación un desastre con una ventana que no podíamos abrir porque daba a un patio al mismo nivel con los aires acondicionados con un ruido insoportable
La habitación estaba reservada desde hacia meses sin excusa de última hora y pagando al precio del momento de la reserva así que podían habernos dado algo mejor
El personal muy poco implicado y poco profesional
El desayuno la calidad decepcionante y el café malísimo de lo peor
