Pros:

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at the Meliá Madrid.

I booked a Family Room with a “patio view,” which clearly suggests that the room overlooks a patio. In reality, the room has a narrow frosted window with absolutely no view of the outside. This is misleading advertising and does not reflect what is being offered.

What makes this experience even more frustrating is that I am a loyal Meliá customer. I have just spent six wonderful days at another Meliá hotel in Spain and expected the same level of service and consideration here. When I raised the issue with the front desk, I was simply told that they had nothing better to offer.

I understand that a hotel can be fully booked. What I cannot accept is a room being advertised as having a “patio view” when there is no view at all, and a loyal customer being treated with such indifference.

I cannot recommend this hotel until the description of this room category accurately reflects reality.

La piscina es muy pequeña y en esta época imposible usarla. El gym está bien aunque con muy poquito más de mejoraría un 1000 % en especial considerando que tienen el potencial espacio para ampliarlo un poco. En estos días llegamos a ser 4 personas a la vez y se saturaban las máquinas y también el AC
