Siempre regresaré a Meliá Serrano
Pros:

La ubicación me resultó muy conveniente, porque está en medio de todo. La habitación es funcional, muy limpia y bien decorada. El personal es amable y resuelve. Me encantó el concepto Level. El Room Service también es un servicio óptimo.

Meliá siempre Meliá!
Pros:

uso este hotel desde hace varios años. Me gusta mucho la ubicación ya que está mu cerca de uno de mis hijos. la habitación es confortable y el desayuno es excelente, buena variedad, buena calidad y excelente y amable servicio.

Cons:

nada, todo es excelente. Nos sentimos en casa. incluso recibimos cortesías del personal quienes nos reconocieron como huéspedes frecuentes.

Great location for the start of the Madrid Marathon
Pros:

Liked the location as I was running the Marathon and close to the start line
Liked the roof top terrace however not manned
Like the lounge spaces very relaxing

Cons:

* Had booked it as it said it had a pool - leading shot is a pool on every platform however they do not open it till June
* When I highlighted it to the staff they were very dismissive
* When we arrived our room was twinned - had not asked for this. Receptionist was rude in dealing with it. I knew it was a zip and link bed but she said we needed to move the next day. We packed our luggage and when I reminded the receptionist the next day in the morning she reminded us to pack. We left for the day to return to pick up our new room key to be told that it was a zip and link bed and we could stay in the same room; we could have avoided spending time packing if only the team had listened and knew the bedrooms there was not apology offered. For the price we were paying I would have expected the issue to be resolved on the first night - do you have turndown/housekeeping team working in the evening
* food and beverage and front of house team very focused on their technical roles but not very personable or friendly

Incómodo. No vale lo que cuesta.

Bien ubicado

Cons:

La habitación era pequeña e incómoda. He tenido que pedir el que retiraran una mesa y silla porque estaba en mitad de la estancia impidiendo movernos bien por la habitación.
El baño es tan pequeño que la puerta golpea el inodoro y no se abre del todo. No hay sitio para colocar el neceser y eso que no han puesto ni un solo amenitie. Las vistas dan a un especio de patio inglés, por lo que tiene poca luz. Un desastre.
No vale lo cuesta.
