Nice hotel, could benefit from a little face lift
Pros:

Towels were lovely, comfortable beds and the breakfast choices were very good

Cons:

Was in a twin room with my mother but we were given a disabled room which was very dark, door for bathroom did not close and noisy for disturbing other party during the night and only 1 toilet roll and a dirty cup left in the room.

Great place for a family stay in Girona
Pros:

Reception area was quite cosy and the lady at the reception was warm and friendly helping us with all our questions. The two rooms were next to each other and in a separate area with no other rooms around which was perfect for our family. The room had treats in the fridge, complementary biscuits and tea and coffee sachets with a kettle. There A/C in the rooms provided a comfortable temperature. There was a decent size TV in the rooms and 3 single beds in total which was ample for my family size of 5. The hotel is around 15 mins walk from the train station from where you can get a high speed train to Barcelona reaching in 40 mins. The Hotel is right next to El Corte Ingles Shopping mall. Overall a great place to stay

Cons:

There were no Duvets/comforters blankets on any beds. The hotel location is around 10 mins from the centre.

Pros:

Buen desayuno. La ubicación es un poco lejos del centro, pero está bien porque es un sitio muy tranquilo. Ademas está junto al Corte Inglés. La habitación estuvo cómoda.

Nous sommes restés bloqué dans l’ascenseur mais heureusement le personnel de l hôtel a été réactif et nous a libéré ! Du coup on a pris les escaliers 😉 lá deco un peu vieillotte et surtout la moquette du couloir qui est vraiment très usagée et mériterait d etre renouvelée. Pour un 4* on a vu mieux

This was a single night stop over to explore Girona. Convenient location for the L2 bus towards the old town, or a 30minute walk.

Comfortable enough but lacking maintenance

Comfortable bed and pillows, fair enough space in the bedroom.

Cons:

The bathtub did not drain well, and I had to take showers with feet under the water all the time. The window was pending maintenance, wouldn’t close properly and I had to improvise with a water can.

El personal fue bastante frío.

Además, sufrimos un robo en la habitación. Aunque entendemos que el hotel se exima de toda responsabilidad, resulta muy decepcionante que nos hayan sustraído dinero. Es la primera vez que vivimos una experiencia de este tipo en un hotel, después de más de 40 años viajando por todo el mundo.

El hotel está situado en un barrio poco atractivo y relativamente lejos del centro. No hay absolutamente nada en los alrededores donde tomar un café por la mañana.

Un hotel en zona tranquila y accesible a pocos minutos del Centro
Pros:

Lugar tranquilo, muy correcto.
Habitación, sin ser espectacular, es adecuada y correcta como cabe esperar por su categoría y buen precio.
No está en el casco antiguo, pero andando de accede bien a la zona céntrica. Es fácil aparcar por la zona (no es zona azul).
