Pros:

Le personnel est très accueillant . Très professionnel .

Cons:

La climatisation ne marche pas , mais il y' un ventilateur . Ce manque à été compensé par un petit déjeuner gratuit ainsi que le mini bar .

A hotel with this standing should have serviceable facilities. A country as hot as Gran Canaria, a brand like Marriott and to not have functional aircon is poor at best. Very uncomfortable stay, hotel did nothing to rectify or notify the issue. The AC was broke for a number of days before we arrived.

El aire acondicionado estaba roto en las 3 noches que estuvimos hospedados haciendo imposible el descanso. Nos fuimos dos días antes , nuestra reserva era de 5 noches. Hemos perdido dos noches en dos habitaciones dobles por tener que cambiar de hotel
