La habitación era muy espaciosa, tenía todo lo necesario para la estancia de un idea, en el baño había de todo (toallas, jabón, champú, suavizante, gel...), la cama era muy grande y el colchón de la cama era muy cómodo.
El precio del desayuno era muy elevado, por lo que desayuné fuera del hotel.

Desayuno bueno pero la calidad es inferior al que facilitan en invierno.
Muchos grupos de jovenes alojados como si se tratata de un viaje de fin de curso, musica, ruidos a altas horas. El aire acondicionado puede mejorar pase mucha calor.
Formal Complaint and Refund Request – Disappointing Anniversary Stay
Dear Hotel Management,
I am writing to formally complain about our recent stay at your hotel, which was intended to be a special anniversary holiday for my partner and me. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing and far from what we expected.
Before our stay, we specifically requested a good, quiet room so that we could relax and enjoy our anniversary. However, from approximately 8:00 a.m. every morning until the afternoon, there was continuous drilling and construction noise outside our room. This made it impossible for us to sleep, rest, or enjoy our holiday. Being woken up at 8:00 a.m. every morning by loud drilling was particularly unacceptable, especially given that we had specifically requested a quiet room.
In addition, the Wi-Fi in our room was not usable, which caused further inconvenience as we were unable to work from our laptops when needed.
The condition of the bathroom was also unacceptable. There was mould throughout the shower area, and the shower drainage was blocked, causing the water to accumulate rather than drain properly. We reported the drainage issue to the lobby, but unfortunately nothing was done to resolve it during our stay.
Overall, the combination of constant construction noise, unusable Wi-Fi, mould in the shower, and the drainage problem made our stay extremely uncomfortable. What was supposed to be a relaxing anniversary holiday became one of the worst hotel stays we have experienced.
Given the circumstances and the fact that several of these issues were reported to the hotel without an adequate resolution, we believe a refund is justified. We would therefore like to request a refund for our stay as compensation for the significant disruption and poor conditions we experienced.
We hope you will take this complaint seriously and provide a satisfactory resolution.

L'hôtel est vraiment un super rapport qualité/prix.
Bien situé, un peu en dehors du centre de Séville mais accessible à pied sans soucis.
Le petit déjeuner est super, et le personnel très sympathique.
La piscine est agréable.
La salle de bain de ma chambre qui commençait à être un peu vieillotte
Les horaires d'ouverture de la piscine et du bar sur la terrasse qui ferme un peu tôt (surtout pour l'Espagne (10h-20H).
