Pros:

De lokatie, netheid, goede ruime douche

Cons:

Automaten worden slecht bijgevuld, kamers zijn wel gehorig voor buiten geluiden, maar dat maakt het wel echt chicago.

Very nice hotel but more up to date facilities would be amazing
Pros:

I liked how it was in an accessible area to the city, relatively safe area as well. The beds and bathrooms areas were also nice as well.

Cons:

The rooms didn’t have a microwave , I had to go to the lobby and stand in line to use it, pretty inconvenient . Free parking was also not an option as well, seeing I paid almost $600 for the week, I think parking accommodations should be available

I really like this hotel and will stay again. The staff is what made it so nice. The location is great.
Pros:

Good location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Kevin, the IT person, made sure we had a TV with working channels for my grand daughters. He was very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

It was clean in the areas that the daily staff did, ie, beds, bathrooms, table tops. But it needs a deep clean over. Behind curtains in corners was a bit dirty.

Housekeeping was great abs staff were friendly.

Cons:

The room was listed as Lakefront view but that was not the case.
