The Hotel has been consistent in the quality of services they have provided us over the past few years. We use it as an overnight stay when flying back home to Calgary or flying from Calgary to a destination other than Toronto.
Elevators had a few issues during our last two visits but for this visit they were perfect.
Location is very good. Restaurant and bar were very enjoyable.
Not much. $8 for shuttle service should be absorbed into room rates.

Check In hat sehr lange gedauert. Qualität und Ausstattung des Zimmer entsprach nicht der Preisklasse. Parkplätze mussten separat bezahlt werden und waren alles andere als günstig. Ich hatte bewusst den höheren Preis in kauf genommen, in der Hoffnung ein besonderes Erlebnis zu haben. Wurde aber enttäuscht.

Hotel charges you a fee to take the shuttle to the airport and they charge you for wifi. If you sign up as a member they will give you free access but the process is cumbersome and it gave me an error and would not allow me to join so I ended up using cellular. The restaurant is expensive with average food. The hotel room was dark and dreary. Our flight was cancelled so we spent the second night at a property across the street rather than deal with all the ridiculous hidden fees. The other property was across the street, $28 cheaper, much nicer, wifi was free, there were no hidden fees, and the shuttle was free. Avoid this Westin. There are better options nearby.
Breakfast staff were particularly gracious and attentive. I was very impressed with the food and the staff at breakfast.
I did not appreciate the eight dollar fee for the shuttle to the airport. After a pleasant stay the fee felt chintzy and left a bad taste. Does the marginal revenue justify the loss of goodwill? I would revisit the idea.
Staying close to the Toronto Airport was crucial so that we could catch an early am flight! The hotel was fabulous with a luxury, upscale feel.
Parking was 32$ for the overnight. 🙁
