I had an excellent experience during my stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Portland. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their friendly attitude and genuine willingness to help. Check‑in was quick and smooth, and every interaction I had throughout my stay was consistently warm and professional.

My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — exactly what you hope for when traveling. The bed was cozy, the linens felt fresh, and the space was quiet, making it easy to relax after a long day. Definetly not worth it for the price
Cons:

The mattresses had no support, were sunken in. The room and bedding smelled of smoke, despite being advertised as a smoke free facility.

Cons:

Had to pay 10 dollars just to park my car. There is literally no public transit anywhere near the hotel. How else could I get to the hotel? Room was not clean at all. Sheets were not clean had hairs in the sheets and on bed. Bathroom had an insane amount of dust on the lower shelves and debris in the corners of the bathroom. The ice bucket had someones metal bracelet in it and i could tell it has not been cleaned in some time. I felt like my car was going to get stolen and all my items inside of it.

Not staying here again!
Pros:

It was close to what we wanted to do. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom was filthy! The room was dirty! Room service didn't come at all!! I know it said towels and sheets every 3 days but they didn't come and do anything, empty trash, refill coffee, nothing! The train right outside the window!

Pros:

Propreté de la chambre, assez spacieuse, le fait qu'on soit au dernier étage et calme. Proche de tout.

Cons:

Pas grand chose tout était bien. Le seul détail, c'est que l'affiche de porte n'était pas visible mais stockée dans la penderie. On ne l'a pas vu pour pouvoir la mettre sur la porte pour le ménage. Nous l'avons aperçu seulement le jour du départ. Il aurait fallu que l'affiche soit plus visible.

Ce qui est moins appréciable à Portland et le Maine en général, c'est le prix du stationnement. Très cher.

Good choice if attending a Seadogs game, otherwise find a better deal somewhere else.
Pros:

Our room was clean and comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The breakfast selection was good with eggs, sausage, cereal, waffles, etc. and the seating area was comfortable. The location is fabulous if you want to attend a Portland Seadogs game as the stadium is just a few minutes away by foot.

Cons:

The elevator was absolutely disgusting. I don't think it has ever been cleaned (dirty, sticky floor) and smelled like a combination of urine and body odor. Not acceptable, especially for $250 per night. Also, I think it is ridiculous that they charge $10 to park in their huge parking lot. I'd rather pay $10 more for the room and not feel like I'm getting ripped off just to park in their own lot. Not worth the price unless you are staying to be close to the Seadogs stadium.

Cons:

The additional parking fee is a bit much. You should still issue passes, but I feel at least 1 car should be allowed to be included with price of the room.
