The staff was great I would definitely recommend it
Pros:

The location was great. Easy to get around town

Cons:

Parking, if you came in late you had to go through the back. I wish it had a little more lighting. The pillows were really hard and flat

Pros:

The staff are excellent and very accommodating. You can see the difference between someone just doing their job vs. someone who puts care into their work. These people care and it shows. Highly recommended.

Clean and convenient, we will stay again when we come to Portsmouth.
Pros:

Room was clean and quiet even though we were right across from the elevator and next to the ice machine. Breakfast was good compared to other facilities offering free breakfast. We liked that coffee and hot water for tea was always available.

Cons:

Breakfast coffee was out in the hallway, not in the breakfast room. Just a little inconvenience.
