The location was nice and safe . The property is clean .
Overall, our stay had some concerns that affected our experience. There was an issue with the towels, and we were also unaware that housekeeping enters guest rooms while guests are away. During the day, someone entered our room, removed the used towels, but left the trash behind. This made both of us uncomfortable because we had no idea anyone would be entering our room while we were not there.
We went to the front desk to ask about it, and the manager explained that the hotel has the right to enter rooms if needed. Our concern wasn’t whether the hotel has that right, but what made it necessary to enter our room in this situation. That question was never clearly answered, which left us feeling uneasy.
It also felt like pulling teeth just to get fresh towels. The overnight employee, Ron, was very kind and helpful, and we truly appreciated his professionalism and willingness to assist us. However, the following day, I requested towels again and was told they would be brought to our room in about five minutes. Unfortunately, they never arrived.
While we appreciated Ron’s excellent customer service, the lack of communication, the unexpected entry into our room, and the difficulty in getting basic housekeeping items left my husband and me disappointed with our overall experience.
Good service
I love that the hotel and room was clean, and its very quiet. The beds are comfortable as well.
The tv kept getting frozen and I had to keep restarting it - the housekeeping lady started cleaning my room at 1030am I left out for the day and came back around 530 and the room wa snot finished. The staff had forgot to complete my room and I had to request for them to come back and clean the room. Lastly the breakfast needs improvement and some more fruit options.

There was an obvious water leak from the room on the next floor up that had not been repaired, causing the bathroom ceiling to sag more than 3” inches a 2’ area. We notified management as we left; I hope they fixed it.

This hotel was unfortunately very run down and dirty. Our first room had a leaking toilet, broken AC unit and horrible smell. They switched us to a new room and there was trash on the floor including a bottle with an unknown substance in it. Most staff seem annoyed and unhappy to be there. I gave it one extra star because the ladies who do the breakfast keep it sparkling clean! That was the only positive part of our whole stay.

The pictures were deceiving. The cleanliness wasn’t that great. There were make-up stains on the pillow cases and sheets as If they weren’t washed, the fridge and microwave were dirty, as well as the bathroom. If I didn’t have my cleaning supplies to re-clean, I wouldn’t have stayed.
The toilet had issues. I didn't get my 50$ deposit back.
