Will not return.
Pros:

Room was in need of remail as the ceiling in the shower was crumbing. Breakfast was cold and they were always out of stuff. He asked for housekeeping to come as we only had 3 towels with 5 people on the reservation. We asked for housekeeping to come service the room. They came and only left rolls of sheets on the bed for us to make the beds our self but did nothing else. We had to go to the front desk for towels and they only had 2. We had to have our key reprogramed every day.

Pros:

The night manager and breakfast person (same woman) did a great job. She was overworked - apparently the only employee running breakfast after working all night - and did her best with a challenging situation.

Cons:

Breakfast was not good. Poor quality food and ran out of items. Only one person doing all the work.

Worst hotel experience EVER!!
Pros:

The breakfast and thats it.

Cons:

They over booked the hotel and gave my room away even though I already paid and checked in online and came to the property an hour before check in and told them when id be back. When I called to figure out what was going on and why it got canceled they lied and said my cars was declined to try and make it my fault and then said but youll get a refund. I arrived at the property snd they took no ownership about what happened and giving my room away but did admit my card was not declined and they just made it up to hopefully end the situation. This was the worst experience ive ever had with a hotel. We finally were given a room, but I was downgraded to a single king room and there were 4 of us, so 2 of us slept on the floor. Once we were finally in the room, within 10 minutes somebody else was given a key card to the same room and tried coming in.

Wonderful stay with friendly staff and a clean & comfortable room!
Pros:

The location was good, hotel was nice and clean, staff was very friendly, and our room & bed were very comfortable!

Cons:

The prices were too high due to the concert.
