I would go back
Pros:

Great hotel and worth its value
Pros:

The convenience of location right off the highway. Close to Canobie Lake Park and the mall. Love that they have a gym too. The breakfast is fantastic....for example the waffle maker is my favorite & the scrambled eggs and bacon is cooked to perfection.

Cons:

The only issue I had was the air conditioning. It was really cold, which was although great at times because it was hot outside, but there came a point where it was too cold and I wish I could've either turned it down or off for a little bit. The a/c unit, wouldn't allow me to adjust the temp or to turn on or off pressing the buttons. It kind of just went on and off on its own.

Was perfect other than the man sitting in the rear parking lot able to look in the rooms
Pros:

I was able to pre check inn so when I arrived process was really quick

Cons:

The man in the rear parking lot sitting outside his RV starring in my room I don’t think this should ever be allowed

Pros:

The location was central for many places I went so it was a prime location never more than 10 minutes in the car.. Plus the gym was nice and had cold water which I liked.

Cons:

The breakfast. The breakfast options were somewhat limited and did switch it was the same on the days I was there and not inclusive I recommend having a turkey product for meats.

We booked through booking.com for a king bed and pull out sofa. We were put in a room with two full/queen beds. I asked to be moved to our appropriate rooms and was told this is not an option and that we could not receive a refund. I was told to contact booking.com for a refund. Booking.com told me I could not get a refund through them and have to get one through the hotel. We left immediately due
To the room not being what we booked and it smelled horrendous. Now we’re out 350 dollars for a disgusting room we did not stay in.

Won’t do it again spend the money for a better place!

We liked how close it was to everything we personally needed that weekend.

Cons:

They say they have a pool…they don’t.. the breakfast is gross. The breakfast staff speaks no English and when you ask them something that you need all they say is no and walk away. At 3:50pm there was a drunk man that came on floor 3 banging on everyone’s doors scaring the shit out of everyone. When I asked the front desk about it they said “he came in off the street looking for a phone charger sorry about that” ……. What?! We’re going to just leave it at sorry? There was a shit ton of small children on floor 3 and we’re just going to chalk it up as sorry and that’s it.
