I liked the location that was near main highways and away from stores. The breakfast server and front desk representative at night were nice and helpful
When I arrived, I had no towels in my room and had to request some at the front desk. It seemed that it was reported that the room had been stocked when it actually was not. I was not able to have access to the pool due to the day desk representative stating that due to the past rainy days and needing to be cleaned the pool would be closed. I glanced at the pool, and it was green. It does not seem as if the pool was cleaned for a longer period of time. Under my bed, there was garbage. This makes me concerned of how the quality of cleaning is being performed between guests. Rooms should be cleaned thoroughly and disinfected between guests to ensure safety. I also experienced listening and seeing 2 cleaning service associates arguing int the hallway about leaving early from work and how it was unacceptable. It made me feel uncomfortable in addition to one of the associates arguing that my room did have towels the night prior when I asked for a towel change. It's quality, cleanliness, and customer service that is important during my stay. This location will not be one of my choices of stay when traveling to Hartford, CT.
The towels were very soft and the bed and pillows were good!
The hotel is dirty
The room that we ordered was not ready when we arrived. and we had to move from one room to another we had to get keys for the right room later because the manager has to assign the key and approve the change of the room and he was not available to do that. The breakfast is very poor and the tables are dirty.

It was a lot of commotion in the hall way late at night. And the bathroom was very basic.
The staff was great, facilities were nice and clean. It was a good experience overall.
I found the mattress to be very uncomfortable.
