Muy buen hotel con un personal poco implicado
Pros:

La habitación y las estancias de zonas comunes. Desayuno muy completo y de calidad.

Cons:

El personal, con poco ánimo de trabajar, muy aséptico, algunos ni contestaban a los buenos días... Tanto camareros como recepcionistas.

Estuvimos esperando 10 minutos de pie en la zona de bar de la azotea por la cuenta, con tres personas en el bar... un desastre.

Cómodo y bien ubicado
Pros:

Es la segunda vez que voy y el personal es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudarte. Esta vez me quedé en una habitación más grande con bañera. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, en el centro cerca de lugares de interés para ir de compras, q comer y de entretenimiento.

El hotel genial, el restaurante mejor no comer ahí!
Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito, la atención en recepción es genial, con Maria y Jose Antonio. La habitación incluye gratis las bebidas del frigobar, así como las pantuflas y albornoz. Es amplia y cuenta con sofacama. La piscina muy bien y la atención en la piscina genial también.

Cons:

El restaurant Lateral es PÉSIMO, no solo la atención es mala sino que hay poco servicio, la misma persona que atiene en el Restaurant del Lobby, está en el del Rooftop. El desayuno muy sencillo para el costo. En una oportunidad pedimos un plato en el rooftop y aún lo estamos esperando, nos trajeron un plato que no pedimos, y el otro venia con contaminación cruzada, en un coctel de langostinos venia un pedazo de Ventresca NEGRA entre la salsa, la verdad un servicio pésimo y descuidado.

Nice, modern hotel in central Zaragoza; a good choice for travellers.
Pros:

This is a modern hotel, well-located, within 10-15 minutes walk from the beautiful old center of Zaragoza. Good aesthetics; very roomy bathroom with tub. The breakfast buffet was good with an extensive selection. There is a bar and a swimming pool on the rooftop which was a nice place to have a drink in the late afternoons. The reception staff were helpful and efficient.

Cons:

The rooftop swimming pool is very small and needs to be booked in advance, with the result that we were unable to try the pool. The rooftop bar service was a bit erratic.

l'équipement de l'Hotel , la piscine sur le RoofTop, le restaurant aussi en terrasse avec une tres belle vue sur Zaragoza , l'amabilité de certains employés ( Pas tous) le petit dejeuner La propreté de l'etablissement

Ma chambre donnait sur le route principale , et l'insonorisation n'est fenêtre n'est pas top , voir presque inefficace. Donc assez bruyant la nuit

Fantastic staff, amazing breakfast and lovely clean spacious room. Easy parking

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Interested in their clients and very welcoming. From the reception to the breakfast staff to the restaurant- all excellent. Fantastic breakfast.

Cons:

Shame pool doesn’t open at 10 but really nothing to complain. Room is spacious and very clean.
