Bene ma non benissimo
Pros:

Albergo molto grande, ottimamente posizionato nella zona di bukit bitang, a due passi dalla famosa jalar alone street che brulica di ristoranti e bancarelle di cibo di ogni tipo. La mia camera era ben pulita ed ampia, con una grande finestra affacciata sulla strada da cui entrava una bella luce. Il letto grande e con delle lenzuola di buona qualità, molto lisce, che ho apprezzato.

Cons:

ho rilevato una scarsa attenzione ai dettagli che rendono più confortevole il soggiorno. Ho chiesto il servizio di lavanderia e il giorno dopo aver consegnato la mia biancheria, non avendo ancora trovato nulla al mio rientro in tarda serata, ho provato a chiamare la reception. In camera non c’è il numero della reception. Ho digitato il numero uno e non ho avuto risposta. Sono dovuta scendere nella hall a chiedere che fine avessero fatto i miei abiti e mi è stato detto che non erano stati portati in camera perché non avevo pagato la lavanderia. In nessun albergo nel mondo ho mai sentito una risposta del genere. Potevano benissimo addebitare il servizio alla camera o avvisarmi che dovevo pagare, anziché tenere in ostaggio i miei capi. Sono dovuta tornare in camera, prendere i soldi e riscendere nella hall per pagare. Gli ascensori sono perennemente occupati e bisogna aspettare molto per utilizzarli. La colazione é abbastanza ricca, ma decisamente orientata verso i carnivori. Quanto al servizio in camera, che viene molto pubblicizzato, perché garantito h24, in camera non c’è il menù e neanche modo di ordinare. Ugualmente, a bordo piscina, non è possibile ordinare. Bisogna vestirsi ed entrare in hotel per chiedere qualcosa da bere o da mangiare. Tutto molto scomodo.

Unbearable noise at night
Cons:

Incredibly noisey. I struggled to sleep. Most of the hotel rooms face a super noisey road that kept waking me up multiple times a night. I have no idea how they got such good reviews. Terrible. They need double pane glass

Muy buena ubicación y personal muy atento
Pros:

La habitación eran una familiar (dos habitaciones comunicadas, cada una con su baño). La habitación principal muy amplia, la de los niños algo mas pequeña pero muy bien. Camas y almohada cómodas. Los baños quizás un poco pequeños pero con todos los servicios y detalles. La piscina no es muy grande pero es perfecta para refrescarse y pasar un rato agradable. En general todo el personal super atendo y amable, un 10 para ellos (desde el personal de la piscina como el personal de la recepción y la puerta). La ubicación es fantástica

Cons:

El desayuno si podría ser mejorable para mi gusto, no demasiada variedad en comparación con otros hoteles de su categoria. Se podria ampliar el numero de tostadores ya que uno me parece justo, hace que se tenga que esperar

Très bon séjour dans un quartier près du centre et en face de Time square hôtel d’excellente qualité

Hôtel très bien bien situé dans un quartier animé excellent petit déjeuné personnel adorable petite piscine bien équipé roof top agréable sur le toi
