Een likje verf, vervangen van kit-rand of voeg en vervangen van kapotte mozaiek tegels, kan het net wat beter "af" maken.
The hotel is very close to the sky train. Location is excellent. The hotel staff is very hospitable, especially the concierge, the restaurant staff, and the staff at the front desk. Rooms were spacious and large. Room service did an excellent job every day cleaning the rooms; everything was spotless. Will return again definitely.

Otel Konumu şahane. Yürüme mesafesinde marketler avm ve şehir atraksiyonlari mevcut. Toplu taşıma imkanlarına oldukça yakın mesafede.
Bebek yatağı konusunda daha proaktif olabilirlerdi. İlk getirdikleri bebek yatağı çocuk için oldukça küçüktü. Daha sonra getirilen bebek yatağı boyut olarak uygundu fakat oldukça eskiydi . Bazı parçaları kopmuştu. Personel yatak bulmak için elinden geleni yaptı teşekkür ederiz.
4. Kat caddeye bakan odada kaldık. yoldan geçen araçların gürültüsü özellikle gece oldukça rahatsız ediyor.
Well maintained. Rooms look just like it does in photos. Rooms were clean. Seriously not dusty. Rooms were spacious too. Staff whom we encountered during our stay were well spoken and knowledgeable. They are a class better than most hotels.
Could do with better, softer, comfy mattresses :)
LOCATION! Best location you can get in KL if you want to be in the heart of down town especially in front of Berjaya Time Square.
Bathroom felt cramped especially with the bathroom door opening inside making less room. One soap dispenser was not working properly making it less functional. The hair dryer does not get hot and cannot connect inside the bathroom.. It is a great 4 star hotel, not 5 stars. Some areas look old/out dated.
The hotel looks a little outdated, but I like it place , it has good breakfast, great location, nice staff, clean room, with reasonable prices. I will use this facility in the future.
