We got a bigger room for free.

Cons:

The room was a good size with a comfortable bed.

Cons:

The hotel has a very tired appearance and the carpet in the room was worn. Although the hotel can be reached from the centre of Milan by metro in 15-20 minutes, the area itself is not the best and didn’t feel very safe (we had to walk down a different street as there was a fight in the street). Overall, our stay was disappointing for the price we paid.

Everything. Our room was incredible. Staying with our two children and we had two separate spaces, the bathroom had a half bath small shower and was just stunningly designed. While the entire decor is dated it is of the highest quality and stands the test of time. We loved that we had a key to our room not just a card. The key and tassle were such novelty to our children. The views from the room were spectacular. It was so lovely seeing the city from above. We really loved having gaming spaces in the hotel lobby and enjoyed sitting in the terrace. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast food was 10/10 the parking was safe and secure. You could see the hotel was well maintained.

No complaints it was 10/10 I cannot wait to return when we visit Milan again
