Pros:

reception was very effective, fast and kind, they offered us a complimentary upgrade to a room with harbour sight, which we appreciated very much. Room was spaciuos and relaxing the staff at the breakfast was very kind and cooperative to accommodate our dietary requirements. Location is excellent, within walking distance to the main attraction of the CBS; tere are also plenty of oublic transport connections

Cons:

the only thing which was somewhat awkward was the strange squeaking of one of the elevators and the noticeable noise coming from the air conditioning in the room

Loved everything about it except for some inconsiderate patrons.

Cons:

Others staying at the hotel who came back at 1.15am and spoke very loudly and slammed doors. Incredibly inconsiderate.
