A classy hotel in a great location offering good value for money.
Pros:

Very comfortable beds and loved the view of the UFO tower over the Danube.
Enjoyed the free spa and sauna.

Cons:

Check in took a long time.
60 euros each was a lot for a deposit on the minibar.

Location is superb, on the edge of the old city. The feel of the hotel is old school luxe, we love it.

Pokój przestronny, wygodne materace, wszystko przemyślane i praktyczne. Bardzo czysto, zarówno łazienka jak i pokój. Cicho, spokojnie, dobra lokalizacja. Trafił nam się widok na katedrę św. Marcina. Powitalny drink to miły akcent. Duży plus za dostępny basen i sauny. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna.

Pros:

Schönes Haus, gute Lage. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und frisch. Zur Begrüssung wurde ein Glas Prosecco offeriert.

Cons:

Beim Personal hatte man durchwegs das Gefühl zu stören. Ich fühlte mich noch nie derart unwillkommen wie in diesem Hotel. Die Duschkabine war für diese Hotelklasse definitiv zu klein. Es wurden €140.- (!!!) als Garantie für die Minibar erlangt.
Ich fühlte mich ständig überwacht und kontrolliert.

Très bien situé, les chambres sont correctes, l'hôtel est très bien situé. La bienvenue du petit Roby très sympa!

Cons:

Un peu déçue sur le petit déjeuner...Je voyageais avec une ado qui aime beaucoup le chocolat au lait, et pas de chance, pas de cacao. Donc , si vos enfants en boivent pensez y! Le centre de soins fermé, dommage!

Posizione top, sul Danubio e in centro, cosa chiedere di più

Cons:

Da una struttura 4 stelle (che costa come un 4 stelle) ti aspetti una cura più attenta, risente dell'età negli impianti, decenni fa' si poteva fare a meno di alcune prese di corrente, ora che tutti hanno uno smartphone (e magari auricolari, smartwatch...) ogni comodino deve averle. Niente ciabattine per girare in stanza, phon di bassa qualità, televisore datato...insomma, il pernotto va bene e si dorme comodi, ma il costo è giustificato solo dalla posizione, altrimenti sarebbe un 3 stelle sovrastimato
