직원이 최고!
Pros:

Meet our needs for a short 2 day work stay in Wellington
Pros:

The room was okay. It was quiet for a downtown Wellington Hotel.
Location is superb.

Cons:

The facilities were either never opened, or not staffed.
Lobby bathrooms are locked and in desperate need of fixing. Organising parking for our stay was a bit of a hassle. However previously it was seamless.

Pros:

Reception excellent but busy.
Great size room.

Cons:

Not enough staff on at reception, they were pushed hard by a large group of people, I and others had a long wait to be dealt with.

Pros:

Great beds and pillows

Cons:

Car park was INSANELY small. We didn’t have a big car and we had to manover into it very carefully and passengers had to get out first. Very frustrating especially after a big day of driving. Lifts are pretty confusing too. Seen alot of new guest walking around to all the lifts trying to figure out which set they needed to access their room. The front staff gift you a run down but honestly they talk so quickly that I didn’t get even half of what she was saying
