Terrible experience. Would not be planning another stay at this hotel. Very poor facilities and service in comparison to
Pros:

Not sure

Cons:

1. There was no water in the rooms. Was told by reception, hotel doesn’t provide water and expect people to drink water from the bathroom tap. Ordered water from kitchen by reception but water did not arrive at all. After waiting hours, I had to order food from kitchen and order water at the same time and water finally arrived with the room service ordered food hours after first requesting water from reception shortly after arrival.
2. Was not informed carpark was closed after certain time and had to walk down multiple floors, wearing high heels, injury and after having attended a parent’s funeral. TERRIBLE experience and terrible communication at check in.
