The staff member that I first encountered with was not friendly I was shocked told I have to pay $35.00 for my disabled

Won’t stay again.

Cons:

The staff were too busy to be helpful. Long wait times checking in. no bathrooms available without having to use a key and the staff weren’t available to get you a key. The lift to my hotel went to the wrong floor because I couldn’t find it

Perfect for one night
Pros:

Parking and easy access to The Terrace via lift is great (when the lift works).

Cons:

There seemed to be big differences in staff attitude. Some staff were really lovely and professional, while others made it pretty obvious that they would rather not be there. Also taking the plate away during breakfast every few minutes ( I still had the fork in my hand) and even while I was having a sip of my orange juice was so random.

Restaurant more looks like a canteen. Quantity of food better than the quality. Hotel is getting old and needs tlc.
