Pros:

De kamer was schoon en fris, werd dagelijks schoongemaakt met fris linnengoed. Vriendelijk personeel, goed restaurant. De ligging van het hotel is prima tav de Dom, musea, winkelcentra, taxistop en centraal station. Prachtig gelegen tegenover een groot stadspark.

Personal och ledning långt under standard vad som förväntats av ett hotell i Milano
Cons:

Receptions personalen hade en snorkig attityd även Hotellchefen ”Mario” hade ett sådant beteende.
Vi fick byta rum 3 gånger under första dygnet pga. Dåligt underhåll, dörrlås som inte fungerade, minibar, AC, handfat.
Kompensationen som följde efter att påpekat detta var mer eller mindre obefintlig. Jag kan inte rekommendera detta hotell då priset/ natt inte är satt i paritet med den service och den kvalitet som hotellet erbjuder.

Pros:

Les facilités et l'attention du personnel à la réception. Il a répondu à toutes les questions posées. Nous avons dû effectuer un petit changement dans les réservations, ce qui s'est fait sans aucun problème. Le petit coin terrasse a été très apprécié en fin de soirée. Le petit-déjeuner était complet et varié.

Cons:

Sans être la faute de l'hôtel, il est placé à proximité d'un bar ou d'une discothèque. La nuit de samedi à dimanche a été quelque peu mouvementée, avec beaucoup de bruit et de cris. Un peu délicat pour les chambres donnant sur la rue.

Good location, silent area by the park, not many tourists or bars around

Cons:

Windows are closing not very well, so you hear sounds of outside quite well, but area is not loud, so its ok
