Good budget style hotel.
Pros:

The room was a good size andalso the bathroom. Comfortable clean bed.
Location was reasonable.
David 's knowledge of English and attempts to arrange transport to 2 locations were appreciated as were Julie's attempts to contact promptly on our behalf.
The female chef in kitchen seemed very well organised and polite.
Cleaners seemed thorough.

Cons:

It took several remiders to get a broken lamp fixed, more due to communication barriers we think.

It would be helpful to have more staff who know some English and clearer communication about what is available- you cannot get food sent to room now yet there are still signs for that. Advertising of driver availability and schedules could help on arrival.
Breakfast needs to include hot vegetarian options , to which meat can be added if desired instead of just putting meat in nearly everything.

But overall we had a pleasant stay.
Pros:

I like the lady staff at the front desk during our stay there, she’s very nice and accommodating, i forgot to ask her name. The hotel is a bit old but it’s clean and very affordable if you want to stay in a suite.

Cons:

The location is the problem because we have expected it to be near the dragon bridge and no convenient store nearby.

Great value staying on the river as opposed to the beachfront. Close to everything you could need.
Pros:

Cool view of the river and only about a 10 minute walk to dragon bridge. Room was spacious as hell with nice AC and comfy beds.

Der View vom Hotel ist super, der rooftop Pool auch. Zimmer super.

Cons:

Aber die Lage ist nicht so optimal. Frühstücksbuffet leider meistens kalt trotz Wärmebehälter.

Was fine for 1 night
Pros:

The room and bed were very comfortable. Easy walk to the dragon bridge. Breakfast was fine.

Buscas otra cosa, no merece la pena

Que nos guardasen las maletas después del check out pero eso lo hacen todos

Cons:

Nos dieron una habitación que no correspondía con la reserva, teníamos vistas a una fachada de un edificio, era pequeña, vieja y con muchos defectos. Nos costó 2 horas que nos la cambiasen porque decían que no tenían disponibles y luego resultó ser que si. Ubicación lejos para mi gusto de todo. El desayuno….no bajéis conforme abran que eso parece el metro de Tokio en hora punta, tienen 20 mesas para 12 plantas de hotel. La calidad del desayuno pésima, poca variedad y estado dudoso, tuve malestar y diarrea todo el día después de desayunar. No recomiendo para nada, por ese precio hay más ofertas por la zona
