It was okay, I probably won’t be staying at this one again.
Pros:

The A/C working was the only thing.

Cons:

First room right off the bat, had hair in tub and A/C didn’t work, called front desk, they moved me. Second room, all was fine until I inspected the linen on the bed, the side of the bed sheet had rips on it. I was not moving again. And I did not like the fact of paying for parking. $5.00 per night. I feel all hotel parking should be free with your stay.

Although I appreciate the renovations being done to the hotel we had to drive around to the back of the hotel to get checked in because the front entrance was blocked off due to the renovations.

Good and bad - but isn’t that everywhere?
Pros:

The room was clean and very spacious. Shuttle service was great getting to airport, coming back was a little tricky.

Cons:

No warning the place was under serious renovations. Return shuttle wasn’t labeled with the hotel name and driver got upset when we questioned if it was the shuttle for the hotel we need to return too (due to there being a small sign listing a completely different hotel name and address in the van window). There was zero indication he was providing transport to Hyatt Place Baltimore. Then once we got back to hotel, we thought we’d see if there was availability for the night, but the young lady at front desk couldn’t keep her eyes open long enough to check. My husband ended up walking away and she didn’t even notice.

Perfect for the one night we needed

Room was good, but the rest of the otel is a mess.
Pros:

They did the best with what they had to work with. The breakfast was typical, but the place is a wreck. The construction is major. The breakfast room at night, had a group of 30 men using the room as a flop house.

Cons:

The place is under a major renovation. The room was nice, but parking was awful, there are plact liners all over the first floor, to keep out construction dust

Cons:

Just needed a quick last minute stay. The hotel is under renovation which surprised me when I arrived. While my room appeared clean at first, I found food crumbs all over the floor with tons of ants. There were also old shot cups underneath the bed. Kinda gross.
