Very bad experience with stay
Pros:

Breakfast little bit alright but location what advertised on website is not same. They mentioned big room and on beach, but room was very small and beach about 1 km. They befooled us and we very upset.

Cons:

The Room and location of hotel should be better. Very bad cooling. Takes long time to cool.

The hotel location is a bit far from.the center. You need to avail of grab to go to places. The property is close to restaurants even mini mart.

Bed Bugs!!!
Pros:

Unfortunately didn’t get to stay. However!!! Super friendly staff who were so helpful in refunding us and resolving the issue!!!!

Cons:

BED BUGS! we had to leave the same night we arrived due to discovering bed bugs. After reading reviews on Google saw a week before there was a bed bug infestation in the same room they had placed us in :(

Pros:

On arrival we got upgraded to a much larger room
which was an amazing start to our stay, the hotel was a 5-10 minute walk from the beach and close to places to eat and convenience stores. Lovely spot to stay!!

Las habitaciones están bien. La piscina es pequeña pero siempre está vacía por lo que bien. Tiene un pequeño gimnasio que hace su función

Cons:

El personal. Muy desagradable. Cogimos una noche más y estuvieron escribiéndome sin parar que pagásemos cuando desde recepción me dijeron que sin problema podíamos pagar cuando quisiéramos. Al hacer el check out nos retuvieron para comprobar que no habíamos tomado nada del minibar (primera vez que nos pasa esto). Luego nos desactivaron la tarjeta el mismo día que nos íbamos cuando el check out era hasta las 12 pues a las 11 ya no teníamos acceso. Nose creo q deberían cuidar mejor esas cosas porque da muy mala imagen.
