Appartement nickel, piscine à revoir (propreté).
Pros:

Appartement très correcte et spatieux, avec 2 salles de bains.
Très bon wifi, heureux de notre passage

Cons:

Aucun éclairage le soir dans la piscine :-/
La piscine n’est malheureusement pas entretenue (Pansement et saleté dans l’eau) ; le carrelage en mosaïque bleue est noire sur la partie haute de la piscine

Manque le joint d’étanchéité (cassé) dans la salle de bain de la chambre.

“Plague Hotel” “Plaga Hotel”

Nada. Tienen una PLAGA en el edificio y desde recepción conocen el problema pero no hacen lo suficiente para resolverlo

Este hotel se debería llamar hotel Plaga Hotel Da Nang. A la 1 de la madrugada mi señora se levantó con picores y nos encontramos un montón de chinches por las sabanas y colchón. Fuimos rápidamente a recepción y la solución q nos dieron fueron de sabanas limpias. No podían cambiarnos la habitación..después de discutir nos encontramos als 2 de la madrugada en pleno da nang cn las maletas y buscando un nuevo hotel. Por suerte acabamos encontrando uno. Al dia siguiente fuimos a que nos devolvieran el dinero, ya que el gerente no estuvo disponible la noche anterior. Nos devolvieron el dinero pero nos pedían a cambio que canceláramos la reserva porqe si no ellos tenian que pagar 10 euros a booking ( no es mi problema) . Nos negamos porque booking nos avisaba que nos podría cargar en la cuenta la cancelación y fueron los de la recepción del hotel, sin nuestro consentimiento, quienes anularon la reserva llamando a Booking. La verdad que acabamos muy descontentos con el hotel y un poco con Booking también. Estas cosas no se deberían permitir. Esto no va a quedar asi y estamos dispuestos a tomar acciones legales contra el hotel. Esperamos que booking nos apoye con eso

Satisfaisant.
Pros:

Excellente localisation à quelques mètres de la plage.
Le personnel était très sympathique et aimable à l’image du pays.

Cons:

Salle de sport sans grand intérêt, ça aurait été bien de rénover un peu cet espace.
Mais l’avantage c’est qu’on peut vite aller sur la plage et s’entrainer avec les barres de street workout.

Pros:

Perfect location and good hotel! Only small was our room wasn’t cleaned properly during the 7 nights we stayed and the breakfast isn’t great. But the hotel overall was very good value for money with good views over Da Nang and modern rooms.

Cons:

La salle de sport était ridicule, sale et des machines qui ne fonctionnent pas...
L'hôtel reste élevé pour le peu de prestation disponible

The rooms did not resemble the photos used on Booking.com.
