We checked in a day early because our plans changed. When we checked in, we were assured that we would be credited back for the unused night. The staff the next morning were not only unfriendly but did not honor their word.
I also wonder why no one smiles in this place. No one smiles or says hello, not even the bartender. I've never seen such a miserable-appearing staff.
The valet is outsourced, so don't expect help with bags. There were bellhop stands but no one available during check-in or checkout. The only thing the hotel has going for it is its location, but there are other good options, and I will never stay there again.
The only thing I liked was the area we were in, it wasn’t bad. Grass area for our dog as well.
There was no AC and no WIFI to our room. We requested several times to have maintenance come up and no one ever did. To make phone calls and send emails I had to go outside in front of the hotel to do anything.
Clean and Good location
Some of the furnitures are worn out
ロケーションが良く、部屋から山が見えて良かった。
エアコンの音が少し大きくて……
氷の機械も壊れていたみたい。使えず……
Great location
Our ac was broken and when we told the front desk they said they would send someone up and they never came, room was about 82 degrees and hard to get a restful sleep in.
Staff were fantastic.
Nothing
Great downtown location. Pretty hotel with Starbucks attached which was convenient on our early mornings.
Room was outdated. Shower curtain smelled like mildew. We asked for extra towels and never received them. Hard to find a luggage cart and we were told one would be provided. Parking garage was very tight!!! Hard to get out on our first morning due to the hotel entering our last stay incorrectly.
Dog friendly, great grassy area
Just two elevators were running
Kalayah was helpful and very friendly throughout our whole stay• she made sure all the things were taken care of! She needs a rase or a promotion! Will be coming back
Our event at the Antlers Hotel was a huge success! Big shout out to out to America, Tiffanee and Jose for giving our group of 60 an amazing evening. The food was delicious, drinks were fun and all our guests were happy and wanting to come do it again next year!!
Danielle at the front desk was incredible getting my partner and I all set up with our day pass. She explained so many things about the property and answered all of our silly questions. We will definitely be coming back here!
The Mountain View with the big bay window
The slightly confusing parking garage the first couple of times
The location was good. Manager for bar and restaurant was very helpful and offered us a discount for the kids at the morning brunch because we found out it wasn’t included with our stay.
The hotel was obviously beautiful at one time and is run down. The area had nice restaurants but there were several drug users hanging around the park nearby and it didn’t feel very safe to walk around the area except to the restaurants close by. Not very family friendly. Staff at the Starbucks shouldn’t be working with the public- not friendly.
I had reserved room with two queens. At checkin was not available. Was told would get a rollout bed quickly. Took two calls and over two hours to get it. Was then told I would receive a discount bc of it. Took my assistant in another state two days to get it credited.
