Me stay was very dissatisfying, probably won’t ever stay there again.
Pros:

I liked that it was easy to get to. The location was nice.

Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff, but disappointing unexpected charges and unclear booking information.
Pros:

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, the property itself was nice and I had a pleasant experience with the staff.

Cons:

My main issue was with the unexpected additional charges. It was not clear when I booked that parking was not included. I paid the $19 guest parking fee, but after leaving and returning while I was still a hotel guest, I was required to pay again in order to exit the parking garage. Also, my reservation showed that breakfast was included, which was one of the reasons I chose this hotel, but I was told at the hotel that it was not included and had to pay for it separately. I hope the hotel reviews this information and makes these charges and inclusions clearer for future guests.

Mediocre stay in a nice area
Pros:

Liked the location and our view from the room.

Cons:

Bathroom door was broken wouldn’t close. Room needs updating. Housekeeping did not show up at all, and no answer when I tried to contact guest services and front desk to get towels, etc.

Great location
Pros:

Location centered on downtown. Friendly and welcoming staff. Beautiful lobby. Plenty of instant hot water in the shower.

Cons:

It's in desperate need of a refresh. The carpet needs replacing to avoid tripping hazards. The shower was so high pressure, it felt like it was taking off skin. The air conditioner was loud and woke me up several times when it would cut on or off. I paid for parking but then I couldn't leave the garage until I paid again. The rooms also allow every sound from the hall in.

The beat hotel staff in colorado springs
Pros:

I had booked a room for the night bit was super tired and ot was only 11am. O had called and asked Danielle at the front desk to if at all possible try a get me checked in before 4pm(normal check in tim) and she got me in at noon, 4 hours earlier than the norm. And when I got there Morgan was there to great me and checked me In So fast it was exceptional. Both lady's were very helpful and courteous, thank you ladies.
As a matter of fact I have been here at least 4 times in the 3 months and the entire front desk staff is always on the ball and so nice even when they seem to have a rude guest. Tony is also another exceptional gentleman always there to help. Thank you staff of The Antlers by wyndom.
