An amazing view of the mountains with a cozy bed and great staff!

Pros:

The location was good. Manager for bar and restaurant was very helpful and offered us a discount for the kids at the morning brunch because we found out it wasn’t included with our stay.

Cons:

The hotel was obviously beautiful at one time and is run down. The area had nice restaurants but there were several drug users hanging around the park nearby and it didn’t feel very safe to walk around the area except to the restaurants close by. Not very family friendly. Staff at the Starbucks shouldn’t be working with the public- not friendly.

Cons:

I had reserved room with two queens. At checkin was not available. Was told would get a rollout bed quickly. Took two calls and over two hours to get it. Was then told I would receive a discount bc of it. Took my assistant in another state two days to get it credited.

Highly recommend
Pros:

The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The beds and room were very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay very much. And would definitely recommend this hotel for families, couples or on business. Their pools are so fun. And the arcade has the best games. And the food and bar are high quality with such friendly staff!

Beautiful Hotel, Amazing Staff and great hospitality.
Pros:

Such a beautiful location and the rooms are so roomy and relaxing. I stayed for three days and it was definitely the best hotel i’ve stayed at.

Cons:

When we got to our rooms there wasn’t any trash bags or bags for the ice box.

Amazing friendly accommodating staff. Great hotel..
Pros:

The staff was very accommodating, as we were pulling a very long trailer with us. They made room in the valet area. In front of the hotel, it was wonderful.

Cons:

The room felt a little outdated.

Pros:

The staff was very accommodating and so kind. They all went out of their way to help me and everyone from the valet, to the housekeepers, front desk, bar and restaurant staff went out of their way to make my stay the best possible experience. I cannot say how happy and how much I appreciate the effort they all made!

Great location. Could be cleaner.

Location was fantastic. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Hair in the bathroom that was not ours, in shower, sink and floor. Ear ring on the floor by the bed that was also not ours.
