Good
Nice
After getting PayPal transaction error message, I booked another hotel. Few minutes later I got booking confirmations from both - West Western and another hotel. I had to cancel one. I contacted Best Western and a hotel employee said he was going to cancel the reservation. Few days later after reviewing bank statements, I realized I was charged for the stay.
Friendly and helpful staff available 24 hours. An excellent full breakfast is included. My TV didn't work, so the employee came and fixed it. But
The swimming pool wasn't available at this time in March, but I was told that it would be ready for swimming at the end of May..The room needs better lighting.
Nice staff , good location and room was ok
Bed was hard and the pillows were not the best. Would buy them for house, but not bad for a road bed.
It was not a nice room. I didn't like anything
I didn't like it. It was dirty

3. Bed covers stained
Great. Nice coffee and cool breakfast
Everything
Everything
Breakfast, clean room, friendly staff, good location
Filthy outside upper breezeway, garbage bag-drag stain indicates it had been that way for a while.
1 towel in unit for 2+ people, no facecloth or hand towel. Sink stopper inoperable, so sink filled with water at each use.
We have now stayed here 10 times. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfy. The breakfast is always hot and fresh.
My only complaint is the water pressure in the shower. It may be the large shower heads. Not a deal breaker for us, since everything else is great.
The Wi-Fi doesn’t drag the bright LED lights are awesome disable bathroom made it easy to maneuver around and the TV had outlets on the wall behind it so it was very convenient
The outside occasional German cockroaches
Location
Pool cold kids could not use it
Floor in first room sloped bad and super dangerous had to switch rooms
A/c in next room did not work
Staff Downgraded reservation to lower quality so I could have a functioning a/c with no compensation
Clean room; working heater; working shower with HOT water; Good!
No remote when I entered the room. This is important. We are paying for a room with TV. The most annoying thing about my stay: Someone needs to tell the housekeeping staff not to be knocking on the door until 11 a.m. . If the "Do Not Disturb" sign is posted, and it's not 11 o'clock in the morning, don't be banging on the door. Check-out time is 11 a.m. - that's the time to knock/enter. The room has been paid for through 10:59 a.m. . A deal is a deal. If I am quickly clearing my stuff out, and am interrupted to answer the door, it might make me late for getting out by 10:59. Many hotels have a 12 noon check-out time. Best Western's is 11 a.m. . They already have a one hour head start. Cleaning staff should not be pressuring guests before check-out time. There should be plenty of time to clean the room. If there isn't, it means that more people need to be hired (or some other reason). Please respect the 11 a.m. check-out time! Please let the staff know!
