How staff kept knocking on my door and waking me up from 8am till I checked out, opening my door to see if I checked out 3 times between 8am and 11:15 am though checkout was at 12 pm

Pros:

Das Team war ausgesprochen freundlich und überwiegend hilfsbereit
Das Frühstück war sehr ordentlich
Der Pool war wohl temperiert durch die warme Sonne und er war ausgesprochen sauber und angenehm
Die Parkplätze waren sehr ausreichend und sicher!
Das Hotel befindet sich in einer guten Nachbarschaft
Direkt neben dem Hotel war ein ganz neues - bekanntes Fastfood Restaurant

Cons:

Leider entsprach die Einrichtung absolut keinem Best Western Plus Hotel
Das fand ich sehr enttäuschend…
Am Tag der Abreise kam das
Room Service Team bereits 8:45 Uhr klopfte an die Tür, obwohl eigentlich der Check out für 11:00 Uhr vom Hotel in angesagt war!😏
Schade!!!
Früher konnte man mit einer Buchung in einem Best Western Plus Nichts falsch machen - der gute Ruf sprach einfach für sich…

Eigentlich nichts.

Cons:

Erstes Zimmer hatte eine laufende Toilette und stank nach Zigarettenrauch. Reklamiert, anderes Zimmer bekommen, stank wieder nach Zigarettenrauch (obwohl Nichtraucherzimmer gebucht), wieder reklamiert und dann ein Zimmer bekommen das nicht stank aber zur Autobahn das Fenster hatte und entsprechend laut war. Bettwäsche und Kissen Synthetik, d. h. Schwitzen angesagt und Frühstück absolute Katastrophe alles auscWegwerfgeschirr. Lieber etwas mehr Geld ausgeben und das Marriot direkt daneben buchen.

Affordable, quiet, convenient, calm and kind staff, with great security features for entering: GREAT
Pros:

Though the hotel was 15 minutes away from our event, it was not an issue in the end. It offered late check in which was perfect for me and my friend especially since I had to work and then travel an hour and 20 minutes to get to Sacramento, and there was ample parking. A bonus was that it was directly off the freeway, and our room door faced the street, not the freeway. So we could sleep quietly. The pillows were actually what helped me to fall asleep instantly when we got back from our fun night out. Loved that!

Cons:

They had a pool! Though we did not have time in our short stay to visit it, I’d go back to this hotel to try it out next time.

Wonderful.
Pros:

We’ve always stayed at this BW location as it was budget friendly and close to our family. Very good location and staff is friendly and welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

This time, the room wasn’t cleaned well. The night table on my husband’s side was sticky as well as that side of the floor. I do appreciate the fast response of the Front Desk - Naira (?).
