Good value for downtown location.
Pros:

Good location for downtown. Free parking. Breakfast was good. Room was clean.

Cons:

Housekeeping is made optional. Had to refresh towels ourselves. It seems a common theme amongst hotels at the moment to do as little housekeeping as they can possibly get away with.

Pros:

Location was great for walking to downtown attractions. Parking was secure. Good breakfast variety and a few evening snacks (popcorn, chips, pretzels). Pool and hot tub nice and clean. Rooms comfortable and clean.

Cons:

Air conditioner was a little noisy. And most food served had a lot of carbs if you are on diabetic diet.

Prima voor kort verblijf.
Pros:

De locatie was prima. Dicht bij het centrum en de zoo. De happy hour is ook prettig

Cons:

De kamer rook naar rook terwijl het een niet roken hotel is. Ook is de inrichting een beetje gedateerd

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They fulfilled every request.

Cons:

Check in was too lengthy. One staff member to check in 12 people in line. She was great but needed help.

Pros:

It definitely close to downtown. Very walkable to the stadium. Staff was friendly. They have a free happy hour with two drinks and popcorn.

Cons:

The lobby was very dirty. The room felt old and dirty. The carpet was awful.

Room wasn’t the cleanest, pretty sure there was throw up on the carpet that was not properly cleaned. Very noisy hallway/neighbors. Took a while to get a hold of someone downstairs

For the most part it was a good stay.
Pros:

The hotel view was great as well as the pool, food, and drink selection that was given.

Cons:

The room floor had some stains on it and the ceiling had a previous leak that wasn’t painted over after it was fixed.
