The stay was fine along with the location.
Pros:

Staff was super. I left my cane in the parking lot and it was turned into the desk. Upon leaving, I left a medical device in my room. The same person at the desk that day was there two weeks later and pursued the item left in my room. She remembered me from the cane episode and found it was left on a cart for two weeks. I have just received it by mail and am greatly appreciative. I hoped I could have spoken to her on the phone to thank her, but someone else answered and I didn't get her name. Please give her credit for the find.

Cons:

After leaving a medical device in my room and calling within 12 hours of missing it, no one called me back with any information. I kept calling over the next two weeks, leaving messages with housekeeping with no replay. Two weeks later, I called the desk and told the receptionist of my frustration. She was the same person who remembered the cane incident and vowed to get to the bottom of this. She did and the supervisor called me later that day to tell me it had been found. Thanks again to my mystery receptionist who saved the day! A million thanks.

ESTANCIA ACEPTABLE
Pros:

ubicacion muy buena muy centrica de actividades, desayuno estuvo bien, habitacion muy espaciosa y comoda.

Cons:

Cuando llegue a las 7 pm no tenian habitacion lista, tuvimos que pedir que buscaran otra habitacion pero yo viajaba con el niño y no podia esperar. la limpieza en las areas comunes no era buena.

The only problem we had was the fridge in our room kept things too cold. Our milk froze! There was no way to adjust it which was odd.
