Great location
Pros:

Good location, with free onsite parking. Good breakfast and liked the complimentary drinks and snacks early evening, and the popcorn in the lobby was fun.
Room was very comfortable, good shower and everything there to make for a comfortable stay.
Lovely staff, always happy and smiling.

Cons:

Noisy air con if you are a light sleeper

La struttura è enorme! La hall è enorme con moltissimo spazio per la colazione, che è ben fornita, sempre in linea con le colazioni tipiche americane. Le stanze accoglienti e ai piani alti si vede anche l’arco di St.Louis, una vista bellissima. È presente una piscina al coperto, un ristorante e moltissimi posti auto

You owe me my $166 for not being able to stay there. It wasn’t due to no-show.

Nothing you turned me away after I paid for my reservation and then you called it a no-show

Cons:

The guy took my number and name and address and email and said that he would give me a free night stay and turned me away due to the fact that there was no rooms available even though my reservation was made, and I paid in advanced and you guys refuse to give me my money back and I had to go stay at the Hyatt

This was the perfect place to stay in Downtown St. Louis. Thanks!
Pros:

We came for a friend's wedding. Breakfast was delicious. The evening snacks were a pleasant surprise. We walked to the Arch. It was great!

Cons:

Our sink clogged, but maintenance came right away and fixed it quickly.

A bed and a cold breakfast.

Breakfast was good but not hot.

Cons:

I originally booked through the hotel and the rate was $268 I then found the same room on a internet sight at an extremely lower rate. I called the hotel to see if they would discount the rate and was told no so I canceled and booked through a third party for $100 less. I would much rather go through the hotel but not for $100 a night. You make much less from the third party but that is not my problem. Also, the carpet in the room was filthy, I wouldn't walk on it in my bare or stocking feet.

Cons:

My room number was given but not the floor number. And when I ask about the floor number the lady ask me for my room number and I say 1109 and she told them you floor number is 11. This was my first time there and I didn’t had idea.

Was okay but not great. I would not stay there again.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable, the snacks and drinks were nice, the room had a frig and microwave, the view was nice.

Cons:

The ceiling in the bathroom was bubbled and peeling, the shower head was angled toward the wall, the wallpaper was peeling, wasn’t as clean as other hotels, pool was murky and over crowded.
