The place was PERFECTLY clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Loved that there was a smart TV. Coffee was awesome, just wish it was served all day.
Breakfast was a disappointment because the cooks couldn’t keep up- we went at 8 and the line took 15 minutes. At 9, it was twice as long. Even though the place was clean, it was very outdated, and you could tell. Dirty pond, faded carpet, dusty trees. We found it hard to find a place to eat supper that felt safe.
Staff was helpful and friendly.
Hilton should be ashamed. This property is the most run down hotel I’ve ever stayed in (and I travel a lot for work). We had to move rooms three times — first the TVs didn’t work, second the room smelled like smoke and third we just ignored the problems. Those problems included a toilet that wasn’t secure to the floor, stains on the pull out couch mattress, a tub that didn’t drain, rotten wood near the mini fridge, and so on.
The crazy part is that the hotel was full! The free breakfast is so enticing, and I assume that’s why so many people choose an Embassy Suites. But it’s not worth it!
Hilton needs to renovate the property and stop taking people’s money to stay in a building that is falling a part.
This review only has room to upload 4 photos, but I have so many more!

The location and rooms were really nice

I was not happy with the property at all considering when I got there they told me that my room that I rented over six months before that wasn’t available
When I checked in, they told me that my king room wasn’t available that I reserved six months prior
All of the staff was very nice.
1 elevator out of 4 worked. A long walk to get to my room.
I liked the cleanliness of the hotel.
Im handicap and the room was on the fourth floor down this very very very long hallway and the closest elevator was not working. Plus the pool was down.
The breakfast was good. The room clean and bed comfortable. The layout of the suite with the two rooms was very nice.
The hotel felt dated and the elevator near our room was not working.
I dad booked the hotel because of the pool as I like to swim but the water had a greenish murky tint. It was not closed but no one was there. My friend wouldn’t swim in it. I tried it but felt it wasn’t healthy so got out quickly.
On our first day, the toilet seat was not secure and the water in the sink did not drain. We asked for those things to be fixed and they did do those repairs right away.
Breakfast
No water
The size of the room
Housekeeping didn’t come to my room
Great breakfast
They ran out of waffles
Location was ok
Breakfast was mundane. Over cooked eggs. Coffee terrible. Juice diluted. Fresh fruit bruised
Convenience
Parking lot
Staff very friendly, food good and plentiful.
Only 1 elevator working. Had to go in and ask the desk clerk how to get out of the parking lot as the gate would not go up. She said I had to press the Help button. Though I didn't want to use it, there was a sign up that the pool was closed. It appeared to me that the property is suffering from a lack of maintenance.
