Cons:

The per day damage charge. The room had water stains on the ceiling indicating damage that was already there that wasn’t my causing. In that event I would have rather had been accommodated with a wave of the 2 day hold. Other than that the options of parking were horrible and the cost.

Great hotel but may have a training issue with reception staff. Parking for hotel guests very expensive.

Cons:

Upon arrival I was ignored by the ladies behind the reception desk. One lady was helping another customer. The other lady took her time to finish a clearly informal chat with a coworker, only to be interrupted by a phone call. Only after the phone call was taken care of, she acknowledged my existence and helped me get the key to my room. Seems to me that this is a training issue, just a ‘I will be right with you’ would have changed the experience.
I was unhappily surprised that parking cost 30 dollars plus tax for only one night, this was not mentioned when making the booking.

It was a nice stay
Pros:

The location to the airport. The size of the room.

Cons:

It was a very old and outdated. It needs to be updated. A lot of minor broken things. Water in bar sink did noT work at all, in the bathroom there was pierces of metal sticking out,the button for the elevator was broken off
