Every thing was good
Everything was good
The room iis dirty
The lobby
The hotel was centrally located and offered a great continental breakfast. Room was great size and staff was very friendly.
The elevator system for as large as the hotel was was not very accommodating. They were slow and small.
It was beautiful the front desk and breakfast staff were grear.
The cleaning crew was the worst. We stay at Embassy all over but this crew was really bad. The first day they came in they threw the garbage away and left clean towels. No vacuuming or bed making at all. The second day the bed was made but it looked like a child made it no vacuuming only change of towels and garbage thrown out. The next two days it must have been a new crew. Their maid service was really good. They cleaned it really well. My expectation of the cleaning crew was disappointing the first part of the week.
Location.
The people staying in room next door were extremely loud. Kids and family didn’t sleep until after 2 am. It was the worst hotel experience we have ever experienced. Slept about 4 hours total. We could hear everything from the room next door as if it was in our room. Horrible experience
Looked cool and fun offered 2 free beverages by 7:00 pm for the stay. Front desk guy was nice.
Didn’t have a way to watch tv didn’t have a support staff to help clean a drastic mess that accidentally happened. They just couldn’t accommodate anything beyond front desk
Great stay kids loved the pool and hot tub nice staycation
The bed was hard :-(

The pool water was cold, the breakfast was ok besides the eggs they were mushy and the sausage were not fully cooked. There was mold in my shower made me feel uncomfortable.
We chose this hotel based on being able to book on points and be near the Issaquah area of Seattle metro where we needed to be. This was ideal from a distance perspective and is a very large and modern ES. There is not too much to walk to from the hotel but if you have a car, it provides a direct shot West to Seattle and is convenient to downtown Bellevue as well. We enjoyed our one-night stay but there are a few things that prevent me from awarding 5 stars.
In my view, there are two fundamental functions every hotel must fulfill: provide a good night’s sleep and a good shower. We found our room lacking in both regards. In my Hilton profile, in notes on my online booking, and in a chat I had on the Hilton app, which connected me to the hotel’s front desk, I asked for non-feather pillows and bedding. Our room had four pillows, three of which were foam and one of which was down. But the foam pillows were unusually sad, old and flat.
Second, the shower (at least the one in room 500) was pretty dysfunctional. This was a tub that was converted into a shower-only with glass doors. I don’t need a tub so that was fine. But the design had one fixed glass wall and one sliding glass door. The fixed part was on the side where both the shower head and the valve were. That meant that one had to step inside the shower to turn it on, and there was no way to avoid getting splashed with very cold water. Making matters worse, unlike most hotel showers with only one valve control (no separate temperature and water controls) where you turn the knob all the way and wait for the water to come out hot, turning the valve all the way means you will be splashed with cold water for minutes. The actual “hot” setting is achieved by turning the valve part way on and not necessarily where indicated “H” on the valve control housing. Finally, the only soap dish holder is inexplicably set about 2 feet above from the shower floor. Since this is a shower-only, there is no reason why the soap holder should be so low.
Finally, when we checked in, the young clerk told us that parking would be $22 a night. We noted that the sign at the desk said parking for weekends would be $19 a night and we were staying for only Saturday night. She said we were right and that she would make sure we were charged correctly. Then she told us breakfast would be served until 9 am. But we noted that we had read that breakfast on weekends went until 10:30 am. Again, she noted that we were correct but did not apologize or seem to register that she just repeated her error about weekend check-ins vs. weekday ones. And then when i got my folio emailed to me after checking out, i found that i was charged twice for parking—once at the weekday price and once at the weekend price. So, i had to make an extra call to have this refunded.
Other than these quirks, this is a solid hotel. We hope that our experience this time was an anomaly and that other rooms have more functional facilities.
Breakfast was great, tons of food, good coffee, didn't get a chance to try the omelet station
